Amazing hotel and staff!

Too far from downtown Montreal.

The location is not a good place

Had large suite but no microwave, you had to pay for breakfast if you wanted it and the front desk staff were miserable.

Overall New and clean, the room is spacious, the bedding is wonderful.

Everything was perfect!!

Fit our needs perfectly. 10 Minute drive from the golf course. Rooms are comfortable and a good size.

Please fix the gym equipments because most of them weren’t working properly. Also, the buffet options were really cold ( scramble eggs, bacon and sausage).

It was very clean and amazing

We have stayed at this hotel at least ten times over the last three years and never had any issues. This stay, one of the lights in the bathroom was flickering, maintenance came right away and tried to install a new ballast, but they did not have the right one in stock, so they disconnected the ballast instead, and it was fine. Also the toilet wobbled which we mentioned to the front desk when we were leaving. the receptionist made a note and contacted maintenance right away. Although there were issues, the hotel responded right away. We will continue to stay here as the place is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything was good, the room was roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was respectable. The gym is very poorly equipped for someone who wants to do a serious workout .

Probably the nicest room i've stayed in with a best western. But the road outside was very loud and the traffic in the hallways was very loud. Probably because of the tiled floors

Really nice lobby. Free breakfast for kids (and delicious croissants). Very nice rooms and really nice marble bathrooms. Equipment in gym does not work. Too much chlorine in the pool... and no towels.

The hotel room was very clean, but they really should use more air deodorant in the rooms. It did smell moldy. The only thing i don't like is their coffee. They only had 10oz coffee, and small tiny cups for coffee. Other than that the place is convenient for a short trip stay.

Hotel is in very good condition, rooms are very clean and overall property is excellent. Breakfast would be better if included as expected at most Best Western Plus'. Outside area to sit in the warmer weather is very nice as well. You need to drive to most places from this location but parking is included so makes handy when driving into town.
