Tram was right out front. Awesome!

Tram located right outside entrance which takes you to Dublin City Center - very convenient. Food is very good, staff friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable

Nice hotel, away from the tourist center but easily reachable via the tram. Staff is friendly and rooms are nice.

We stayed here before because we like the location outside of the city center. However the end of the yellow Luas line is right outside the hotel which makes it convenient to get into all parts of the city. Plus on this occasion we are taking a cruise and the cruise ship is docked a couple hundred yards away from the front door of the hotel. Couldn't be better.

Perfect location

Unfortunately I had a continual noise in my room, sounded like a water pipe running , that never shut off ( not AC). I woke up and could not get back to sleep because of it. I would have mentioned it to the hotel, but had to use express checkout.

Such lovely and patient staff especially the cleaners bless them! Great condition, the hotel layout and decor made me feel luxurious, thank you!

Stayed here as was attending a concert in 3arena. Room, hotel was very clean snd comfortable. Could do with extra staff for checking in but apart from that couldn’t fault it.

Very close to 3Arena so convenient for concerts. Stayed twice now for events and have had a good experience both times. Staff are always friendly and rooms are clean and tidy.

Very good hotel and very convenient for events at the 3 Arena. The hotel was very quiet despite the event being on and there was no noise from other residents, even with the window open. The food was only OK but the staff were very attentive.

An excellent room,good night sleep and first class food

Car parking is Euro 25 per day in shopping centre car park under the hotel. Hotel guests get a discounted price. There is a Dunnes supermarket and store next door. The red line tram stops outside which goes the 1.5km to the city centre for Euro 2.30. Breakfast is a good hot and cold buffet. Hotel is new.

Room was nice, however the leg on the bed was broken and bed tilted, luckily there were two beds in the room so slept on the single.

After a long arduous flight they could not find my booking under my name or any particulars, my phone was dead so i didn't have the reference number, after a few ancy minutes I realized i sent the booking to my wife luckily, then all was good, but i was definitely not impressed by this atm

Perfect location for 3 Arena and easy to access city centre. Lovely hotel
