Most staff couldn’t speak any English. Two items still listed online ,laundry and bicycles,I needed and was refused. Not so good for the average tourist ,English speaking and without a car ,but that’s why it’s not on the beaten path!

Staff very helpful. Great location. Lots of free parking I have stayed twice.

Only stopped in so I did not have a long ride to the tunnel back to the UK in the morning. They let me check in at noon, room was dated but pleasant. Comfy sleep, nice shower and the bike was safe and sound in the car park. No complaints here.

As a 2 star it is extremely good, no frills ,clean with nice staff and a great location, stayed here a couple of times now and I will be back.

I love this old hotel but it needs some work. It has huge potential with the right investment. Sadly my room was hot as I couldn’t turn off the towel rail, even closing the door. The room was however clean with tea and coffee. The bed was a four poster.

Easy parking , friendly staff comfortable bed and good shower . Convenient if you want to stay in the harbour area . Quiet area but near restaurants and bars

Great value hotel , in an excellent position, 5 mins walk to town or 15 mins to Milo les Bains. Very helpful stagff. Goid selectioo at breskfsdt

Classed as a two star hotel this place should at least be a three star. Clean, good quality friendly staff. We stayed before and didn't have the best of sleep but this time upgraded the bedroom and it was clean comfortable and a great stay for your money.

We were just there for one night leaving for the euro tunnel the next morning. We had a comfortable bed. The hotel was a 10 minute walk to the beach and Dunkirk 1940 museum. We went to a lovely bar close by in the evening. There was no air conditioning but we could open the window. We had a lovely view of the harbour from our room.

This hotel is older and lacks special amenities, but is quiet, clean, perfectly located for walking, and provides easy access to the beach and tourist spots. The staff is kind and offered a reasonable breakfast.

Very surprised with this hotel. Economical but very nice. My room, a top floor corner room, was excellent.

Great location, nice hotel, never was able to connect to the WIFI, that seems a bit ridiculous in tis day and age.

It's okay if you just need a room for a couple of nights, breakfast was basic but the coffee is good. Just glad that there are some good places to eat and drink near by as the hotel doesn't have a bar or a restaurant.

Amazing staff, great location great hotel. With the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. To the owner please spend some money on new mattresses and bedding even upgrade 10 rooms to start with. You have so much potential to have an amazing hotel again

A very comfortable, clean,warm room, with free parking and a good ,fresh breakfast. Not too far away from places to eat if required. What excellent value. It was our 2nd stay there and we will return

Great for an overnight stay in Dunkirk. Decent location. Seems to be in a safe area.
