Overall Ratings & Reviews City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel

Room were ok, but staffs were really poor. We checked in with a lady staff and she didn't stop sighing during the check in process. Room was cleaned but he didn't refill the water, tea, and even he took one of the towel (it should be 2 towels since we checked in for 2 person). When we came back to the hotel after sightseeing the city, there's one bellboy shouting to us and ask which number we stayed in (as if we are not their guest and tried to sneek into the hotel).
