Para comenzar, cuando llegamos en nuestro carro, Gabriel, la persona encargada de estacionarlo fue muy maleducado al indicar que nosotros no podíamos manejar nuestro propio auto. Inclusive aceptamos que él lo estacionara y no solo no fue cuidadoso, sino que luego no queria entregarnos la llave, amenazando con multarnos si dejabamos el auto y nos llevabamos la llave. I would like to highlight that the playroom is very unpleasant. It could have new toys and a better infrastructure to entertain the children. Toys were all broken, missing parts and etc. my daughter didn't want to stay there for more than 3 minutes. Thepositive highlight was the filet mignon sandwich that we ordered in our room. It was delicious and well served.

We always stay at Bluetree when visiting Londrina and during the pandemic their rooms and service went down the hill but it seems they are catching up now. Everything was good this time. In my opinion it’s the best hotel to stay in Londrina.

They need to improve Gym equipment. Please change those trail-mill. They are old and dangerous.

Dated, Spartan not luxury. Old, damaged furniture, dated bathrooms with moldy tile joints. Not comfortable at all. The reception people and the paintings in the entrance hall were the only assets, but that’s about it.

Good location, reasonable breakfast. I was expecting a bit more of the Executive Suite and the staff. The check in was OK, front desk had no information about my reservation requests and it took a bit for me to get in the room.

I chose this hotel because it was the highest rated hotel that had the number of rooms that I needed. I found this to be a 2 star hotel at best. The beds were not comfortable and the room was very drafty for this cooler time of year. The bathroom was also dank and had spots which I suspected were mold. The staff was friendly and the rooms were generally clean. This was my first trip to Londrina but it was suggested to me that Hotel Boulevard is better, although I cannot confirm.
