This was our third time at this resort, but we will probably go somewhere else next time. The Good: Both the pool and the beach areas are huge, and they have plenty of lounge chairs and shady huts. The bartenders are very friendly, and they make delicious drinks quickly and efficiently. The entertainment team is always great and we have a lot of fun with their games and shows. The property is beautiful, and the rooms are 11/10 clean each day when you return to them. The Bad: The food has never been great at any of the all-inclusives we have stayed at in the Cancun area. But my wife and I both got food poisoning from the Brazilian restaurant this time, which soured our short trip. Also, we love that there is beautiful wildlife on the resort, like peacocks, flamingos, parrots, and agoutis. But the coatis have visibly multiplied and it is a bit gross seeing them jumping on people's pool towels and digging in the trash cans. We love Cancun and we will be back! But perhaps we will spend a bit more next time in an attempt to get higher quality food.

Everything you could ever want is on the property. The staff was amazingly friendly. All the wild animals on the property made it very interesting and fun. Very nice property but well laid out never felt crowded at dinner‘s pool, beach, etc..

Everything was great since we checked in for a week. The only issue if at all was a bit of a dismissive attitude of the front desk lady, wasn’t as friendly very serious, short dry answers.

The air conditioner in our room did not work we complained and never got fix we had a water leak and they didn’t fix it just mopped up and left

very hardworking staff, everyone is prepared to make your stay an amazing one. amazing facilities, delicious food and drinks, will be staying with iberostar in the future!

The atmosphere!! I LOVED IT!!, feels like a jungle, staff very polite and nice, the only thing I would suggest is to have more electric outlets in the rooms, very limited, above all, everything was great!!

This property has open air buffets that can be too hot in 90 degree weather. The beach had so much sargassm no one could get in the ocean. This is my main reason for going is to swim in crystle clear warm ocean. Maybe we should have gotten a notice of this so we could go to another resort.

Love the Staff! Hospitality was a 10/10! Beautiful Area and Landscaping. The room furniture was very outdated and when they mentioned a mini bar in the description it was a small refrigerator with 6 sodas and 2 beers max. This resort was very family oriented and more for couples I wouldn’t recommend it for singles or friend groups. But other than that it was very relaxing and super lowkey not a party resort whatsoever.

Beautiful property and right on the beach. Beautiful pool but we did not spend much time there since always at the beach. Rooms very comfortable and cleaned daily for us. Staff are all very friendly and super helpful. Food was amazing - loved the buffet!! Staff would come out to talk to us in the restaurant and to make sure we were happy. We answered yes it’s amazing!! It’s a large resort but there is transportation within the resort to take around. Highly recommend!!

The air conditioning was not the greatest. It’s a large property so there is a lot of walking. Food was good for the most part.

The property was beautiful…it was so lush and green and well cared for. I loved all the animals that roamed free, especially the pink flamingos and the peacocks that gave us great entertainment. I found the shops, however, incredibly expensive. I had to spend $28 USD on some sunscreen and I would’ve bought a pair of flip-flops but they were US$72! Way too much!

Beautiful grounds, fantastic pool, great food! Clean and safe. What more do you want? Will be returning next year.

Food options were not great. Getting a reservation was almost impossible after being told to come back the next day i would be able to. Other than that facilities are spectacular.

I travel to this area every year and this has been my disappointing stay. The food options are very poor and do not offer food during the hours of 11am-1pm unless you go to the snack bar on the beach. The rooms are outdated and bathroom pipe broke. Get ready to carry around a glass water bottle during your stay only to pray and hope the nearest water dispenser actually works.

We lived the gardens, vegetation, grounds and beautiful quiet pool area by the waterfall. At that end it's very quiet. Our premium garden view from our room in building 36 was perfect. Food was excellent and service was good.
