Good location, quiet. Nice covered patio but only open til 9pm.

Jacuzzi tub in our room but jets dont work.

Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and room was clean.

Room was clean and spacious. Property was well kept and close to everything needed. Staff was polite and expedient.

The location was good, check in took a long time, as only one person was working at 6 pm and there was a line of people waiting to check in. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was”cold” and needed to be replenished, but we had enough to make it to lunch.

Hotel was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Pool across parking lot in other building not convenient. Room given was on 3 floor and check out day elevator was not working. Someone that has difficulty with stairs would have had issues.

It is our go to spot when we travel to Kamloops, love the king suite. Clean room, air conditioning is great. Staff are always helpful.

The Prestige property met all of our expectations. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in and check out.

At least the bed was clean. If you only need a place to sleep for one night, this hotel is acceptable.

No complaints, it was quiet, felt updated, and comfortable. We would stay again. I picked this one because it was sheltered from the highway, unlike the other building. We wish the fridge had a freezer compartment and the breakfast we pretty basic, but not unexpected. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Parking was a bit confusing because there were two hotels but it was easy (it is ok to park anywhere). The gym looked great (cable machine, elliptical, treadmills, bike, weights) and as a guest you have access to the pool, hot tub, and slide in the other hotel, which we didn't check out but was a nice option. Breakfast was cereal, bread, bagels, bananas, strawberry yogurt, and plain oatmeal packets (no sugar - yay).

Staff were super accommodating and provided us with quiet room. Room was nice and clean as well. Would stay again if in the area.

A/C was very loud and the humidifier was also really loud. Everything else was good.

The room had a broken thermostat on the wall, the jet tub had dirty jets, the bathroom door was dirty, the smoke detector hung from the wall. The breakfast was all Cold and really not what we expected.

Great hotel for the money ;)

The only problem we had was finding the place. Edmonton is full of streets/avenues and my GPS would not pick up the avenue side. Got lost and with so many road closures and one way streets we were in big trouble for a couple of hours. Also Hotel doesn't have any street numbers that you could see. Went by it several times, but the place was superb. Much greater value than the hotels in Banff where they were a real rio off as far as we were concerned.

The staff were helpful and fine, but the hotel definitely needs maintenance. The hotel needs a complete renovation, and the rooms need at least a good scrubbing. There were marks that could be removed with a magic eraser. Just that extra little touch would help make the place more comfortable and welcoming. The staff were helpful and the place was mostly quiet, and it's in a good location too.
