A great hotel. I would go back in an instant.

Great location excellent facilities - pool, bar, ristorante. Checkin at 5pm is a bit harsh and peevish. For a one night stay with checkout 10am you don’t get much chance to use the pool etc

Fabulous pools and beach, superb breakfasts, lovely room and a good location for touring. The fact that the hotel also hosts corporate events didn’t bother us at all. Front of house staff were amazingly helpful. Restaurant staff varied a lot. Some were attentive without being intrusive but on a couple of occasions we felt a bit ‘invisible’. We appreciate that it is a difficult balance. Compared to restaurants in local towns, the evening hotel menu was uninspiring rather expensive - our only niggle. We were glad that we had just booked B&B and hired a car.

A very very beautiful hotel. The attention to detail is amazing. All of the staff goes out of their way to assist you. Food is restaurant is excellent. The breakfast was the best we had in all our stays. The surrounding area flowers shrubbery was beautifully maintained. Martina checked us in and could not be more helpful. Very very pleasant staff. Everyone says good morning, hello etc would love to stay there again

Beautiful clean facilities, with three pools and access to the beach Excellent breakfast options. Rooms were clean. Two restaurant options. It's an oasis in Puglia.

The staff is amazing. Very professional and detail oriented. The resort is top notch with beautiful pools and a private beach. The food was fantastic. Will definitely be back

Great service and great scenery.

Nice hotel for a beach vacation, we didn’t really research it that well prior but booked it because we were travelling with 3 kids (7,9,12) and there is pools and a close beach. We rented a car for our trip which was helpful, but if you are looking to explore Puglia and the areas around Ostuni, I would say this isn’t the best place. Essentially it’s a beach resort, a stay and don’t leave, unless you want to pay large uber/taxi fees. Nothing walkable near, it’s surrounded by a private gated community, so you are confined to the resorts especially in the evenings. As a North America it was and expensive resort without the all inclusive upside you find in Mexico and Gulf of Mexico vacations. Not exactly what we wanted in Europe, but our mistake. Can’t say it was a bad experience, just not the one I wanted.

Loved loved loved the place . It’s modern but in harmony with the landscape and the sandy beach close by is spectacular

Really pleased we chose this spot - we were spoilt with facilities, the hotel is beautiful, the food is great (especially the breakfast choices) and the staff lovely. Our room was one of the smaller ones but perfect for us, with a private space outside. There are three pools so always plenty of choice and a private beach. Only thing to note is this spot is outside the major towns, 15 mins drive to Ostuni, a compromise we were willing to make as we had a rental car and wanted to drive further south for day trips - though many places are less than 30 mins away by car including Ostuni, Locorotondo, Monopoli, Polignamo. If you're not looking to leave the hotel this is the ultimate spot.

Extremely dated. Limited dining options and food was okay. Would not recommend unless you’re in a pinch.

It was an amazing property, our only issue was that dining was lacking. It wasn't good as the menu was very limited and there were no snacks or a tuck shop available. The pizza restaurant was available but we didn't like the pizza. there should be more menu choices and food availability from take out.

Walking distance beach and very good communal areas (bar and pools). Rooms are dated, while communal areas ate very nice and well decorated.
