Clean modern room, good self service breakfast.

Lovely breakfast with excellent variety of food. One slight critisism, no coffee facilities in the room and coffee in the lobby was extra. Spa facilities were an extra expense, in most hotels in Europe they are free for guests of the hotel, so this was disappointing. Surprised that the restaurant was closed on Sunday and we had to find one in the town.

Need maintenance, Wore out hotel, bathroom is small. Noice if near main street side.

Hotel needs updating, small room

Fantastic breakfast included. Sofa bed was pulled out and made, easy for our extra guests. They even remembered extra towels. For a midgrade hotel, it was a great value that did not disappoint.

Great location. Close to Lake Mjose and walking distance to many diners. Parking is across the street and a McDonalds in walking distance. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff willing to assist at any time.

Excellent hotel but parking was costly and a long walk to get to it.

Hotel is well located and some rooms are better than others. Becoming too expensive.

Very friendly welcome and accommodating. Hotel is older but the room I got had refreshed bathroom and was of good modern standard.

When we arrived at hotel it was clean and prepared for stay and when we opened bed sheet , it wasn’t cleaned and some blood stein was there :(

Very lovely rooms with great view especially from the wrap around terrace from the family room. Central location.

The hotel was very clean , friendly staff. The restaurant on roof was convenient and had a nice view over the city and lake. The food was delicious ate there 2 times. Location of hotel has easy access to walk around city

Veldig koselig hotell. Veldig god frokost meg stor utvalg. 40 minutter fra Lillehammer. Parkering foran hotellet er veldig dyrt men det finnes parkering på 150 meter avstand som koster 42 kr per døgn.

Central location

If you are a family do not go to this hotel because the family rooms are very bad special the bathroom they are so small. The extra sofa-bed is really poor to sleep on if you are adult. The receptionist we had was not very friendly, it seem that when you book a standard room that is not good enough for her. The children can't use the swimming-pool before after 8pm because the service alcohol at the swimming- pool so this hotel do not really want family to stay.

Veldig hyggelig personale! Vi hadde bestilt rom til to, men det manglet dyne og håndklær til begge. Men spurte jo i resepsjonen og gitt rettet opp i dette veldig raskt. Utenom dette og litt vann skader her og der på badet, er det ikke noe å pirke på. Vi fikk også tilgang til spa utenfor åpningstidene! Ettersom vi hadde mye planlagt på dagen var dette veldig praktisk. Anbefales!

Pent og rent rom, men litt trangt på badet. Bra seng - bred og fin. Et helt ok rom totalt sett. Hyggelig personale. Raske og effektive. Fantastisk frokost med stort og variert utvalg. Et hyggelig opphold og jeg kommer gjerne tilbake for å prøve spa avdelingen.
