For the cost, I would expect more updated rooms and accessible breakfast before 10 am.

Close to the casino

We loved having a window in our room that we were able to open, especially nice on a beautiful summer evening. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room but we planned around that. Great stay overall.

We've stayed there multiple times. Daily housekeeping, breakfast was included, liked the indoor access to casino, I did not use the pool or hot tub this visit but will on the next one. We ate in the 2nd floor restaurant since the other one was closed. Very good food and service. Last time we ate at fiddleheads ( on main floor).

We took our grandson son for a day at Magic Mountain and an evening and next morning using the Hotel pool. The pool was obviously not being maintained (very cloudy water) so they shut it down. My grandson was very disappointed as we promised him a hotel with a pool. It was recommended to us to try a nearby hotel to use their pool for a fee by one of the security guards. The lady on the front desk did not care. I asked her if there was a chance on getting some money back and she flat out said no, you booked through Expedia. I stood in front of her desk for a moment and she said you can go now. Not very friendly.

Beautiful hotel, clean and friendly staff. Pool area was beautiful and even has attached changing rooms. There is no complimentary breakfast, and no spa as advertised, unfortunately.

Everything about our stay was excellent. I wish there was an included breakfast for the price you pay though. Yes, we could go to ihop next door but that is an added expense.

The only thing I would recommend is being able to borrow a wheelchair from the hotel as well and not just from the casino.

The fridge in the room was very small and didn’t work very well, it never kept my stuff very cold. And the sink in the bathroom was draining very slowly

Rooms were clean just pretty basic particularly the bathroom . Decor a little depressing in general . Staff were polite in the hotel and the Casino Really fun Casino good games Nice dinner and good service in the casino pub .

Good place to stay for concerts and a night out in the casino. Price is high for the rooms. They need an update but you will still have an enjoyable night

It was nice and quiet

I used the bathroom attached to the pool. There was no soap in either dispenser. The bathroom smelled and looked dirty so I didn’t use the pool. I had the impression that the hotel was old and not maintained well.

Would be nice to have breakfast included in the cost of the room and more gluten free options at the restaurants thanks

Great property, I went there for an event was able to park my vehicle walk-through to the casino to the Pub have something to eat. Also, the concert was in the same venue, making everything easy and accessible without having to leave to drive anywhere while only there for one night.
