Everything was fantastic!

The room was very dark. It took awhile to find one light switch that was not directly underneath the light..it was on a sidewall. We asked for another lamp and waited for over an hour to have them deliver it. The lamp did not come. Front desk staff seemed aloof. Food venues in tge casino closed early. Although we did not book with the hotel directly it woukd have been nice to get a small $ voucher for the casino.

Everything was really good, nice and clean and the hotel staff were pretty accommodating, I do wish they would have told us more about events and specials going on around the hotel when we checked in. But other than that we would definitely come back again. Also the hot tub and pool were really nice!

The room was neat and the staff were wonderful....we will definitely go back!!

Large room, excellent black out blinds so you could sleep abit later. Close to magnetic hill so convenient if you are also visiting there.

We had fun at the casino the room was fine showing signs of wear as well as the entire hotel. The food at the casino bar restaurant was very good. I would still go back.

All fairness, I was there on a Tuesday so the hotel and casino was full of seniors. I can imagine the weekend would be much more lively. Served the purpose. Room was fair for the price, however is hasn’t changed much over the past decade. No complaints. Thanks for the stay.

Overnight stay to celebrate an anniversary. We wanted a more luxurious atmosphere so we opted for the Casino Hotel. What a mistake. The hotel is in need of renovation and showing its age. Wall paper is peeling, furniture is scratched and chipped and the rooms are dark and gloomy with small windows. The parking lot is a mine field of pot holes that’s crumbling. Very disappointed with how far this property has been left to deteriorate. Casino seems busy with everyone's mémère and pépère spinning the wheels. The money doesn’t seem to be going back into the hotel. Hopefully they have renovations planned for the near future. Lots of highway noise. No EV charging onsite.

The hotel rooms are in desperate need of upgrading. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was plenty big but very worn out, dark and dated. All furniture is chipped and banged up, the bathroom is huge and the oversized shower is cold and dingy looking. All the lamps in the room looked like they were purchased from a yard sale in 1990. We stayed 6 years ago and nothing has changed. We were attending an event at the casino and the hotel room rates were high. Our room was 340$ and was hugely overpriced for that quality of what we got. (a studio king room). We did enjoy the event and the time in the casino. The room was a let down.
