Room was very clean but the heating system very noisy. We had to adadjustvthesound on the television everytime thecsystem came on.

Food on the floor, seating and mattress are worn out time to update.for a place making money hand over fist you think they would put some money back into new seats and mattress.way over priced!!!!!

Clean room, front staff were extremely friendly. Personally the only reasons im docking a star are the fact that the pillows were uncomfortable. We were attending a comedy event within the building and it was so so nice not to have to worry about driving anywhere afterwards. Being able to take it slow, attend the casino, and return to relax in our room before the show was really nice. The shampoo etc in the rooms are indigenous owned and AMAZING, so amazing my family member went online to look into buying some. We would definitely rebook here if attending another event at the molson center.

Everything was great

This was very disappointing. For the price per night, this suite is far from ideal. The bed was hard with an old mattress. No comfy pillow top mattress that most hotels offer now. The suite was large with two bathrooms, a deck, king bed in the bedroom and the living room/kitchen. The furniture is old, dated and dirty. The chair at the desk is so worn that it was like sitting on the frame. And nothing was included in the kitchen, not a utensil or a plate or glass. Can’t imagine staying there for any length of time. We only stayed one night due to a concert. We did not use any of the amenities, gym or pool so I can’t comment on them. The staff was fine, the room was clean overall. Just needs some care. Priced way too high.
