Before I reserved the room, it said complimentary breakfast, but there was no breakfast, just free coffee. The receptionist Mo, was great; he gave great restaurant suggestions. The room was okay, the floor carpet was ripped, but that's fine with us, we came to sleep for one night, and it was suitable. The elevator smelled funny. Overall, the stay was okay.

Clean, friendly and good price

The room was basic, clean and everything worked. Great value for the price.

The room was very clean but it needs a bit of TLC. The curtains squeaked horribly when opening or closing, the bed also was noisy, and the wifi randomly turns off. The water pressure was phenomenal and very hot! Excellent AC in the room. The cleaning staff is also top notch.

Nothing fancy but it was very clean and staff were all pleasant. Said good morning or good evening, always had smiles. Could use a coffee maker in room but that was a small thing.

Clean room

Our room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought I had booked a room with a queen bed, it only had a double bed. Next time I will definitely request a queen bed. Personal preference. Good location, close to shopping and restaurants.

The staff were lovely but the room itself was not great. I had a run/race in Red Deer so I was hoping to get a good nights sleep the night before. The bed had a big lump in the middle of it which made it difficult to sleep on, you heard everything that was happening in the other rooms next to my room and the cleaners or fresheners they used were extremely pungent. I hope they at least replace the beds. It was rough!

Good parking. Unsure if there was amenities? Close to lots of shopping. Friendly front desk; positive experience. It was like he was waiting for me and knew who I was 😂
