On the border of Switzerland this hotel is very convenient for travellers. With access to great facilities such as supermarkets, shops abd restaurants, swimming pool, gym and climbing wall. Great staffs too.

We didn’t realise this was next door to a lovely water park Even better was that the hotel gave us complimentary tickets to use it - yes, free! There’s a shopping centre (and McDonald’s if you like that) in the same building Our room had a lovely view of the mountains (though at least 1/2 will overlook the shopping centre car park - so we were lucky) The only issue we had is that the car park close to the hotel has a 1.9m height limit and our car is 1.99 so we had to park a bit further away with the RVs - not really an issue

It was our first visit to Geneve, the Hotel was very comfortable and well located. Bad thing is that the lady in the Cafeteria area yelled at us because we put the salt container in another place (we were not done using it), she was not nice at all. I am not sure if it is a matter of culture (hopefully not) or her with personal issues, but it was very rude from her. We will definitely not going back to this Hotel again.

Easy to find, better value for staying a little further away from the airport with free parking. Friendly, simple check in. Great breakfast with attentive staff and all felt clean and safe. Simple room was comfortable and quiet

This hotel has no amenities that a regular traveler would expect - simple things like tissues, wash cloths, a door on the shower, hotel specific parking, a drawer (even just one would be nice). The bed was too firm. The only way to stop the heat was to turn it off and open the window - not ideal on a rainy early March night. If your expectations are low, you are not paying over 200/night, or you are there for the water park, then maybe. Otherwise, though the property was clean, the staff nice and breakfast serviceable, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for any type of frequent traveler.

We enjoyed the hotel and the shopping district of which it was a part. Proximity to hiking and other outdoor activity is good. One note to be aware of: If you have your phone on airplane mode, you can't get a wifi password for the hotel. (They send it to you in a text which you can't receive.). Go to McDonalds next door and get it there.

i was surprised. a hotel at a mall??? it was a pleasant surprise. not much of a view from the room, but close enough to the airport so that it was an easy 25 minute drive, even during morning rush hour. facility is good. room comfortable. shower facility very nice. comfortable bed. quiet. overall, good deal, especially compared to prices for rooms nearer to the airport or in the city of Geneva proper.

Hotel was fine, description of services provided on Expedia was inaccurate. They DO NOT PROVIDE AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION!!!! Despite being fairly close to the airport, our only reason for staying there, it cost us 150 euro to take a taxi there and back. If you’re looking for an airport hotel, this is not it!!!

Really good hotel set in a beautiful location. If you're looking for luxury, then this isn't the best place for you; but if you're looking for a decently priced, well located, functional place with very friendly and helpful staff then this is perfect. If you're on a budget, you are welcome to buy your lunch from the local supermarket and eat it in the breakfast room. There are free plastic knives and forks available in reception, plus free coffee and tea there too (and the occasional tray of croissants). The breakfast buffet is fairly basic, but again absolutely fine if you're happy with cereals, toast, croissants, fruit, yoghurts, plus hot and cold drinks. The local shopping centre isn't huge (maybe 20 - 25 units), but has most of the stuff you will need (apart from a pharmacy, nearest one in St Julien a couple of miles away, but closed 12.30 - 2,00pm).... Fairly limited choices available for eating out - a pizzaria (closed Monday and Tuesday), plus Chinese, Lebanese and a posher option next to the hotel - all quite pricey in my opinion but maybe I'm spoilt by choices at home. If you're staying for more than a few days it's probably worth sorting out car hire, as this is probably the best way to get out and about to see the amazing local scenery both in France and Switzerland.
