The staff and owners are super accomodating. Really friendly and considerate. Heaters were put on prior to stay, cot set up for our baby etc. and alerted us on how to check in late before we even told them we were going to be late. Will definitely be back. Thanks team.

Apartment was good for our needs. Parking was good however vehicle max height was almost an issue. 1.85 our suv was 1.80. So some nervous times lols

Despite the instructions, the taxi driver had difficulty finding the after hours entrance It was a reasonable standard but not the usual Quest we have stayed in Australia. The hotel is older and furniture is tired. The host was very welcoming, despite us coming after hours, so could not complain about the service once we were in the building. It was very central so the location is good for access to CBD

Good for one night convenient place to stay. Easy check-in. Quite quiet location which given where it is located was a nice surprise. Very old and tired 2 bed apartment, the carpet was dirty and stained, the sofa was worn in places. It was clean so kudos to housekeeping.

Awful cold and dirty room. I was moved to a slightly less horrid room but attutude from staff was bad and. Room had no heater. And filthy carpet. Hairs in bathroom. And yuk musty smell. I always stay at Quest hotels and get airpoints. But reception here said i dont get airpoints at this one. Wish i Hadda booked a different hotel

Disappointing check-in experience after being sent to a room that had not yet been cleaned. Was resolved promptly.

I thin people need more inormation as to the exact location of Quest on Lambton. Fabulous location Clean accommodation

Well priced and convenient for working in Wellington.

The hotel is very tired and in need of refreshment. It met a brief though, a place to sleep. The bed is old, and we were woken at 530am with singing from somewhere that echoed up the building from the outside. It’s an old quest, but suitable located to attend a Phoenix game or event at the cake tin. There is most definitely a more modern Quest just down the road.

Photos online are very deceiving. Apartment is worn and rough. Good location and friendly enough staff. Parking is inconvenient across the road and can only be paid for in 12hr segments. Chose to pay at the property then they tried to charge me the day before and still charge credit card fee. Overall, an average stay, fine for one night. There is 3 different ‘Quest’ hotels on the same block, be mindful which one you are booking.

Property could do with a minor touch up but was clean and comfortable. We had a two-roomed appartement which was ideal for a family. Close to everything you could want.

Unable to stay here once we arrived and saw it, had to find more suitable accommodation well below standard represented on internet and unable to be refunded once we saw it. Do not recommend.
