Fantastic location, close to metro, Gar D'Lest, restaurants and bars etc.

Hôtel des Comédies is lovely, quiet, has great rooms and a super breakfast buffet. It is very well located and easy to get around Paris - highly recommended.

The triple bedroom is comfortable and nice. Stable WiFi network. Room cleaning can be improved. The used glasses were not cleaned or replaced everyday.

The A/C of my room was noisy I can't sleep for three nights.

Late night check in, and next day 9am check out. The hotel was very good. It had everything we needed in the room, and room was set out very well. Newley refurbished room.

Good location, easy access to metro. Beds and pillow a little hard. Great staff.

Staff were friendly and location was very good. One of the washrooms had a very musty smell but otherwise it would be 4 stars.

Perfect location!!

Room was adorable and large- staff were very kind and helpful. However, the demo and rehab of adjacent rooms beginning early in the morning was not exactly what we expected. The elevator was tied up during the day for tradesmen and the noise from across and in the hall was hard to tolerate early. Location is great as is staff. Hopefully the rehab work is completed soon.

Room had no air. No light. Very noisy. Old and musty.
