Friendly staff

The breakfast menu was decent but they did not provide enough bacon. Look like they ran out very shortly after opening at 7 am.

Close to the airport. Staff recommended an excellent family restaurant ( the three mulberries).

Great location near the airport. Paid for the hotel to order taxi service from the airport. Was easy and no issues dropping off at the hotel. Be careful as there are two Sofia hotels within a few blocks from each other. Drivers have gotten confused

Great close spot to the airport and clean rooms

Nice stay close to the HER airport. Took the public bus to the hotel from the airport (2 EU person). The room was basic and clean, a great place to stay after a long flight and before renting a car to travel around the island. Very good buffet breakfast with a variety of items including breads, cakes, cookies, pasties, eggs, yogurt, cold cuts, etc.

We only spent one night here and arrived in the evening. The hotel is very nice and had a small restaurant where we had dinner. The pool was lovely and clean and we were able to find parking for our rental car. I would have booked this hotel again on our return to Heraklion, but it was full and we couldn't get a reservation. It's convenient to the port and the airport.

Stayed here for 1 night as it was close to the airport. Rooms weren’t clean and it had a smell to it. Bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were paper thin. Super old hotel - wouldn’t stay here again but managed because it was only 1 night.

Car park somewhat disorganised. Breakfast v basic. Otherwise, everything was great - friendly and attentive staff, cleanliness, beer and gin(!)

Very nice front desk people, also 24 hour front desk. Our room had a little private balcony which is nice (I think all do) pool was nice (open til 7 pm) . Parking on street was regular trying to find a spot but they have a private lot also but about 10-15 spots. About 5 min drive from airport and 5-10 min drive to the fortress/downtown. Nice quiet safe location.

The staff was very kind and friendly, as well as efficient.

Late check in was great. The staff made us some dinner even though it was after 10pm. Very accommodating. Room was comfortable for 4 as expected.

I imagine the hotel is nice for the are, but nothing special… More of a local traveler spot.
