Very friendly staff good food clean

We looked for a hotel in the area for an overnight stay as part of our family European road trip. The hotel has free onsite parking which was quite useful. We were greeted by friendly reception staff. The pool was also lovely for the kids to cool down on hot summer’s day. The bathroom could do with an update as the shower door was slightly broken but we only stayed for one night so it did not bother me too much.

Staff very friendly, but not speak English very well. Food And wine in restaurant was amazing, we didn't bother to go anywhere else. pool nice and quiet but located by the car park.

We had a great time. The room was very clean and comfortable; everything we needed. Located in a quiet area of a lovely town. Everyone at the hotel was extremely kind, and answered all our questions in English. The food was so fresh and very delicious. I highly recommend a stay at Hotel Villa Cinzia.

Hotel seemed conveniently located--we were just passing through, so we did not do anything in town. Food was good and staff was kind. Not a lot of English spoken, but we did just fine. Ask for a room with a view!

Hôtel parfait pour une halte, personnel très gentil et chambre confortable

Incredibile come possa avere 4 stelle questo hotel vecchio e trasandato. La nostra era una camera per 4 abbastanza grande ma con l'aspetto di un dormitorio. Muri macchiati, TV piccola e vecchia e letti molto scomodi. Le coperte di lana marrone non sono proprio più proponibili! La doccia non scaricava bene e l'acqua del wc era marrone. Colazione scarsa e poco varia. Le brioches erano buone. Dispiace perché il personale è gentilissimo.

Ottima posizione per una giornata di sci infrasettimanale. Albergo situato a meno di mezz’ora da Artesina e Prato Nevoso, comodissimo, estremamente pulito e curato, colazione splendida con prodotti casalinghi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Für Urlaub zu empfehlen: Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und sauber, das Hotel schön renoviert, der Pool bringt Abkühlung. Das Restaurant hat sehr gutes Essen mit eigenen Produkten! Der Empfang und die Bedienung super freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend. Für Reisende nicht empfohlen: Wer wie ich auf der Reise ist und die Unterkunft für Wäscheservice und zur Datennutzung verwenden möchte wird hier nicht glücklich. Das WLAN ist sehr, sehr langsam, Strom ist nur mit Schlüsselkarte im Zimmer möglich (kein Aufladen der Geräte beim Ausflug), Wäscheservice kostet stolze € 20!

Receptionist gentile, hotel pulito e comodo parcheggio, ma connessione wifi inesistente (informato il personale ma nulla è cambiato). Colazione non all'altezza di un 4*, piscina a pagamento.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel punto strategico per visitare le Langhe e il Cuneese,l ho trovato molto accogliente e confortevole,personale molto gentile e disponibile,camere spaziose e pulite,il mio giudizio è positivo!

Attention si vous voyagez avec des enfants : au check in de cet hotel, rien ne nous est signalé. De plus, dans les conditions à la réservation rien n’est indiquée non plus sur un supplément. Nous voyageons avec une enfant de 3 ans. Au check out, la gérante de l’hotel nous demande 10 euros pour l’enfant et bizarrement il est impossible de payer en carte ou de se voir délivrer un reçu ! En Italie cela s’appelle le piso ! Par ailleurs petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix. Chambre sans possibilité d’éteindre la clim Hotel à éviter absolument !

Completamente soddisfatto, veloce check-in, personale cordiale, pulizia ottima, tranquillità assoluta, Posizione comunque comoda per raggiungere il centro , e anche il lago...non ho utilizzato i servizi causa maltempo ma mi sono sembrati soddisfacenti , Sicuramente ci ritornerò...
