I had a short stay, but the hotel is well located near restaurants

This property is terrible.

Its not a 4 star hotel. the faucet for the shower is very hard to adjust.

This was a great hotel for the price. Only needed to rest and take a shower before my late night flight. The front desk was very helpful and even helped charged my cell phone! The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Love the old building with a great, constant breeze at the hotel. Staff were very very friendly and helpful. Room was neat an efficient - all amenities worked. Breakfast was simple and just right.

Good location

O pessoal é atencioso e o hotel tem um grande lobby. Como sugestões para melhoria, o controle da temperatura da água do chuveiro poderia ser melhor. O ar condicionado poderia gelar mais (não foi um grande problema porque na maior parte da estadia, o tempo estava frio).

Reception persons cordial and accommodating - a real comfort for travelers.

Bathrooms were old and dirty

Staff in the front desk is extremely unfriendly and rough. The rooms are not as in the pictures. Extremely small, in need of uggrading. The elevator was working intermittently. I heard many time people screaming trapped in the elevator asking for help. You feel all the time, they are looking for some additional chrges. I definitely would not stay in this place again.

Located in a quiet area, a few blocks from Puerto Madero.

Stains in sheets, towels. Not too clean. Rusty bathtub. Air conditioning malfunctioned our entire stay. Window didn’t close well. The only good thing was the price.

I came at 11am to check in, and left my luggage at the front desk until it was time for check-in. I showed up at 11:30pm and they told me that maintenance have to fix a leaking in the bathroom, and left the room uncleaned. They have the whole day to either 1. Clean the room, 2. Notify me about the situation, 3. Switch me to a new room. Instead they gave me the option of sending me to a new hotel that is not nearby or the latest which it was hanging and waiting in the lobby of the hotel while they cleaned the room. Truly disappointed and I can’t believe the poor and unprofessional end result.
