Very friendly staff! The receptionist helped us find restaurants, shopping, and museum locations. Appreciated the hot items for breakfast and fresh melon.

Stay is well maintained and has lots of character - very charming. Good location next to museums and still situated on a quiet street. Our room was beautiful and we were supposed to have A/C but we got an outward balcony room and thankfully the weather was perfect and we did not experience the intense heat wave at the time.

Amazing location right on the Park and Museumplein! Easy to find, close by the very central Rijksmuseum! Good working rental bikes and very reasonable bar selection!

The staff are super friendly and hospitable, the place is like a well kept home from the older days, lived the vibes! The hotel is very well maintained and clean and the location is super!

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was perfect though the bathroom was a bit small. The room TV did not pick English Channels but we were able to Watch FIFA’s World Soccer Cup. Breakfast was nice!

The location and space were gorgeous! The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. We didn't use much of the pay-for-product convenience bar but the fresh cucumber water was so refreshing! Had we been staying longer we would have enjoyed playing games in the lobby/lounge area. Storage of our luggage on the day of check-out was secure and easy.

All the women that we met at the front desk were so delightful and helpful and friendly every time we came in. The location is amazing, the hotel is beautiful and we would stay here again and again. Also, the restaurants they recommended were the best.

Excellent service! 24 desk with all kinds of drinks, snack, and amenities available in the lobby - a hit with our kids (10 and 12). The room was generously sized and the quiet street was beautiful. We loved our stay.

This was amazing. The front desk was so helpful and kind. The rooms were cute and the location was perfect for walking around Amsterdam. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice staff, good place, very good location

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good facilitating excellent transportation to the downtown and the airport areas. The hotel shall consider removing unnecessary doors in the hallway as it makes harder for the guests to carry their luggage from the elevator to their rooms. In addition, the reception has a very strong perfumed smell. There are guests with allergies to strong smell. A soft, gentle smell is recommended.

An authentic period property in a lovely area within a few minutes walk of the museums, concert hall and premium shops. There is no lounge and a limited breakfast but lovely atmosphere.
