I loved the location, views of the city and breakfast

The only problem was that they charged me extra money for taxes that I didn't have to pay.

They need to improve on their parking availability, there is not enough spaces.

We arrive ay 4pm, one tour after the check in started, we had to wait 45 minutes for out prom. the hotel had a noisy party, i called reception and they told me they cannot do anything because it was a private party. Had a problem with towels, every Day I had to ask for it. Nice breakfast

If house keeping hadn't broken into my room before 9am, disrupting my sleep and ruining my whole day after a long night, I would have let slide the fact that hot water didn't run properly and the restaurant service was extremely slow. I WAS PISSED. Last time same thing had happened. I complained but this disrespectful protocol was not fixed. If you forget to put up the 'do not disturb' sign house keeping will simply come in randomly at the most unexpected hours, potentially waking you up and ruining your rest. I will be taking a break from this hotel despite how much I like a lot of other things.
