Beautiful clean hotel very spacious rooms comfy bed great shower and mini bar only downside for me was no bacon at breakfast but the selection was still very nice, 36 euro just for the dog to stay with us one night was a bit harsh and i thought id paid for it on arrival check in but was asked on checkout to settle it. But on the whole would stay agian as its a great big hotel and the little town with bars and restraunts is just around the corner ,and the hotel bar is good and the bar staff are nice guys who served us as we enjoyed a glass of wine on the hotels patio.

The location is amazing and the quiet is just what I needed.

Everygood

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was wonderful, parking was easy, gym was small but sufficient. The town of Aranjuez was beautiful and a joy to explore. Our only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock but that is also personal preference.

Hotel is very nice, close to the Royal Palace. We had a problem with the room safe (battery had run down) but this was fixed within minutes by a very nice hotel employee. Very impressed by the staff friendly and efficient.

Reliably excellent very comfortable, good food and excellent service from all the staff we encountered. We will stay again!

There was a foul smell in the bathroom. To be honest we never mentioned it and it did amelliorate after we showered. Other than that, the place is perfect.

Excellent service. We were provided with a refreshment with water and a small snack as well as complimentary sandals

We stayed just the 1 night on our way back to the UK. We had our dog with us and the hotel setting is just perfect for a beautiful morning dog walk near tl the palace

The location and views to Palacio the Aranjuez are outstanding. Kudos to Emilio at the front desk.
