A nice functional hotel with all the necessary basic amenities. Very close to the train and bus station. The town lies just behind the hotel. Hassle free check in and check out.

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times, staff are very friendly, breakfast very nice and plentyful. There was a small issue with 1 of the twin beds, but soon dealt with. Over all very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel close to train station and centre. Although checkout was 11am and we were unable to have a late checkout, the receptionist let us stay until 12 which was very much appreciated. Nice stay and clean hotel only let down by the long brown hair on the clean towel which didn’t belong to either of us.

The hotel was clean and a very good location, right opposite the train station, my only disappointments were that the first room we were allocated smelt of sewer or dirty drains, reception changed our room immediately without a problem, I didn't realise that the hotel allowed pets to stay, there was a dog barking in the day time when any one passed the door, although luckily didn't hear any barking at night! The hotel sits on the main road, our room was road facing, the noise kept me awake on our last night with drunks, speeding cars and lorries, I didn't sleep at all! The photo's of the hotel to me, made the hotel look better than it is. The staff were friendly, polite and attentive.

Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Perfect location for exploring Genk shopping and restaurants.

No problems booking in, plenty of space for my van. Breakfast was really nice. The bar was great but wasn't able to drink as I was driving the next day but looked a good place to enjoy an evening if you were here for a social visit. Room was nice and clean, everything I needed, bed was comfortable.

I BOOKED 3 TWIN ROOMS AND DIDNT GET THEM WE WERE A GROUP OF 4 MEN 2 OF THE GROUP WERE SHARING BUT WERE UNHAPPY WHEN THEY DIDNT GET A TWIN ROOM BUT A DOUBLE NO HELP AT RECEPTION

Was satisfied with deluxe room definitely more space. Base of the beds to be renewed, they looked old and falling apart! Corridors to be refreshed and brighter, for the rest comfortable.
