There was a discrepancy between the online room description/reservation and the room that we were given but was eventually resolved.

Don't stay here. There was a gap between the window and the wall, the toilet wouldn't flush, the shower door wouldn't close and there were ants in the shower. Don't stay here.

I did not like that you reserve the sauna and people would show up without a reservation.

This was first visit to Colombia and the hotel staff where very accommodating. I speak very limited Spanish however we were still able to communicate.

Personal del lobby y la cocina muy atentos. El hotel muy limpio y bien ubicado. En mi caso, no hubo suficiente toallas. No pusieron toalla de manos ni cara. Pero en general para el costo, diría que muy bueno.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Close to major tourist attractions and great places to eat. The staff is very attentive. The young woman at the front desk ways a delight. Always greeted me with a smile and patient with my bad Spanish. I would definitely stay here again. Only one issue, dont stay in room 502. Its close to the kiichen and cooks start preparing around 6am. Uuuuggh!

Im From Houston Texas. I don’t know a lot of spanish but the staff was very helpful. The hotel was really quiet and clean. Tip: bring a small towel (face towel) the hotel doesn’t have any. Im an African American woman & I traveled alone. I felt really safe at this hotel.

Unpleasant stay… I wanted to enjoy my stay here. I really did. However, the hotel was a disappointment from the moment we arrived. 1st check-in took forever then they gave us the wrong room, so had to go back down stairs and have them correct it. 2nd the room was for three people and there were no fitting for the third bed, had to call and have them bring that up. 3rd there were no towels in the room at all, had to call and have them bring that up as well. The location and cleanliness are the things this property has going for it, sadly overall it is not a great place to stay!
