AC was cold and bed was comfortable.

A good size of room with a king bed. Air-conditioning works well, clean...but the carpet smells.

There are "no smoking" signs everywhere, yet the place reeks of cigarettes. It also smells strongly of dampness. We finally gathered our things and went to sleep elsewhere.

The room smelled terrible. The carpets should be removed and the walls had smear marks on them. Walking into the reception I was discussed with the dirty doors and telephone. I will never stay here again.

This was, simply, AWFUL. The rooms were not clean. The pictures on hotels.com were totally misleading as it looked like there was a lovely area for eating. That room must have been someplace completely different as the lobby was gross and dingy. The motel could be described as “in need of updates” but that would be generous. The rooms themselves were horrible; suspicious stains on the sofa cushions, bad smells, the bathroom was barely passable, and I killed a huge flying insect on the bed. We did not stay, and booked a different motel altogether, in Napanee. The damage deposit was completely unnecessary as no further damage could be done to these awful rooms. Avoid. The 10/10 ratings are likely completely fictional.

Very old motel, stinks, scary

Ac was good.I was not comfortable with the security of the parking though my car was in front of our room we would check occasionally to see if it was secured.The room was average.

Clerk was very nice on arrival at check in. Front area was clean . Our room was outside to right we parked in front of our room. The parking area was okay. Outside area kept clean Room was clean. No small coffee machine or cups . However clerk did have a kettle I could borrow so I could make my own tea that night and in the morning. (We bring our own Tea, travel mugs, sugar and sweetener.) Air conditioning worked well to cool room on entering it was warm hot day. We arrived late after 7pm we found sheets and towels were damp. Was No plug for bathtub. I like to soak in the tub. (I used facecloth and my heal to keep water from emptying. ) I Went inside the morning we were leaving for a cup of ice to put in my travel mug. Clerk was pleasant gave me good instructions to the ice machine. When I opened the steel door to hallway where the inside rooms were. Very musty in the hallway all I could smell was cigarette smoke. If we were given an inside room we would have refused to stay in one. As my husband has allergies to smoke and we both are not smokers and do not like the smell.

Needs some serious renovations.

Rooms not very clean, the outside looks terrible, the dinning room was closed. I do not recommend it.

Good option for a handy stay if you need just a night for continue your trip, becuase it is localed on side the road

Weathered , dated a bed for the night. Nothing flashy. Definitely needs an update and a cleaning. Staff were ok not friendly at all. Did there job and that’s it. Could be worse.

I woke up just before midnight and found multiple bedbugs in my bed. I told the front desk and told them I was leaving and would like my money back. The staff was understanding and said I would have to cancel through whoever I booked through. When I called to get my money back and told them what happened, they said the hotel staff were telling them that there were no bedbugs in the room. Ridiculously unprofessional behavior from the staff

i needed to go and get air freshener as room smelled or smoke I think it ingrained into all the walls and flooring.
