Great location - walking distance to Ganges with all the restaurants and harbour side. Restaurant in hotel very convenient and great for breakfast first thing in the morning. Hotel looks very nice and well maintained. Close to Long Harbour ferry terminal as well and convenient for all sightseeing within the island. For EV drivers, there are EV chargers across the street at Moby's Pub. No issue getting around the island without charging anyways. Ample parking as well. Overall a good stay

The staff is helpful. The property is beautiful and centrally located. They accommodated our ebikes safely. I would recommend the Harbour House Hotel

From our room we had a view of the bay. Close to bars and restaurants and to the Saturday Market. Not sure it's worth $550/night though. But it was the only place on the island we could find with king bed.

This is a gorgeous hotel with sustainability and natural design elements at the forefront. The staff were friendly and helpful and the welcome package was a much appreciated touch (freshly baked cookies, chocolates, and a reusable glass water bottle. Both the room and the patio were spacious with a great view of the harbour and we enjoyed sitting at the bar downstairs. I am unsure if there was an elevator on site which would impact anyone with mobility concerns as there are a lot of stairs between floors.

The property was over priced for what it is , I had called the hotel to ask about adjusting dates due to a family emergency and the front desk person stated she would contact the manager and get back to me but I never heard anything and no mention at check in either ……. The hotel is okay but I would expect better at the rate they charge , they did however give a water bottle at check in but I’d preferred they keep the gift and charge appropriately………

The room was clean and tidy, comfy bed, great view and friendly staff. You can tell there has been recent renovations done to the hotel with an on-site restaurant. A little noisy in the evening due to music being played in the restaurant but only lasted till 10pm. Hotel was very close to the town of Ganges (5min walk) and the Saturday market was a hit!

Advertised as Breakfast available, but all got offered was hot water instead of breakfast. Highly overpriced.
