Everything was fantastic except the pillows - they were very uncomfortable. The location of the hotel was amazing! Very close to the JR system, Akihabara and a beautiful park.

staff are very friendly. help with anything. the location is OK only few minutes to walk to the station and easy to fine it

my wife and I stayed only for 1 nite, the hotel is close to station and very clean, it was oke for me, but the bed was a bit soft, maybe because it was an old spring bed, therefore when we got up in the morning, we were abit uncomfortable. the pillow was hard too....

It is quite convenient to move around the city of Tokyo as it is close to the subway station which has a good connection to several different lines. The members of the hotel are kind and helpful. The room is clean and well maintained, and also quiet.

It was a nice hotel with a bigger room than usual but we found bugs in our hotel room. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful.

The Garden Palace is perfectly situated in a quiet part of the city that is still close enough to all sorts of interesting places to make it an ideal venue for the business or tourist traveller.

Pros: great area and updated bathrooms, free wi-fi Cons: Had to pay for TV (so just used my computer, and the hallways smelled like smoke. I had a non-smoking room, so that was good.

I have to speak this. everything is old at this hotel. do not expect anything better.

This hotel is in a great location for sight seeing and it has American sized rooms.

Facilities are too old, but you can enjoy quiet stay as if you were not in Tokyo.

The rooms are larger than those in many business hotels. There is little of interest immediately outside the hotel, but it's a short walk to Ochanomizu station.

It was a refreshing stay and I appreciated the room and bathroom a lot! Only thing was that the front desk staff didn't speak English so a question I had didn't get properly answered.

hotel was clean and staff was kind and attentive. few convenience stores nearby. the only inconvenience was that i used Haneda airport and in this case, this hotel's location can be a bit tricky.

The hotel is fine for the price. I first stayed here 20 years ago. It is getting a bit dated, but frankly it has all the features you need, the staff are very helpful especially for someone knowing no Japanese and the location is very convenient, just a short cab ride to the Tokyo Station and a walt to Ueno Park.

古いホテルみたいですが、リニューアルされていて古さは感じません。 ナイトテーブル、ウォッシュレット、ＴＶは新しい機器です。 メイン道路側に面した部屋なので圧迫感もなく良い部屋でした。 残念なのは、冷暖房の温度調整が出来ずに風量調節のみ。暖房を切っても夜は暑く寝づらかったですね。

風呂とトイレが別々でした。 久しぶりにホテルで浴槽に浸かる事が出来ました。

도쿄돔에서 10분 정도 걸으면 숙소라서 공연 끝나고 이용하기 정말 좋았어요!

医科歯科大の裏で便利な場所。部屋は清潔ですが、やや狭い印象です。鍵が鍵穴に差し込んで回すタイプなのは好き嫌いが分かれるかも。ビュッフェ（食べ放題）スタイルの朝食はリーズナブルな料金でおいしくいただきました。

그렇게 많이 높지 않은 가격에 깨끗하고, 조용한 위치에 있는 호텔이어서 좋았음. 아키하바라까지 도보로 갈 수 있어서 추천.
