Clean large room with terrace overlooking the lake Room had a bath with a hand held shower but no curtain. A shower would have been preferable

good central location, easy free parking, comfy room and bed, good towels, tea making in room wifi was rubbish, but apart from that all good breakfast was a little haphazard

Lovely hotel, staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was delicious.

The staff on Reception were very helpful and spoke good English. We were disappointed with our Evening Meal. Limited Vegetarian options and my husband ordered Rabbit that was very, very dry. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items and it was lovely that you could sit out on the balcony and take in the great view of the lake.

Brilliant, will definitely stay again.

Great service, room was big with a fantastic view of the lake. Swimming pool, steam room and sauna all clean and accessible.

I Don’t Speak Much French, I Have Some Mobility Issues, I Am Nearly 60 Year’s Old, All Of The Staff, In All Of The Hotel, Fully Understood All Of My Need’s And I Was Wanting For Nothing... On The Friday, Me & My Friend Had Dinner In The Hotel, Not Being Very Good At Ordering In French, Was Taken Care Of By The Waitress, Who Took Time To Help Me Order And Gave Me Some Lovely Advice On What To Order..... Her Help And Advice Was Brilliant, The Food Was Beautiful, And I Completely Enjoyed All Her Choice’s,

The hotel was ok although a bit tired. Great views if you have a lake view room. Staff very friendly. Didn't use the spa so can't comment on that. Free parking is a bonus and also the fact that they allow pets. In close proximity to all the bars and restaurants. The town itself is very beautiful...

A superbly located hotel with great amenities. The SPA facilities are a real bonus, breakfast was good....overall a very enjoyable stay.

The location is great, an hour from Caen, so a great stop off before the ferry. The spa is great, clean fully staffed and indoors so good for all weathers. BUT. We had problems. The booking was suddenly changed from a familly room to a double with a cot at very short notice and they needed to be pressed to find a solution. The rooms are very basic and when the air conditioner clattered on the staff were very non-plussed. I'm not sure maintenance is up to much.

Wonderful location. Terrific dinner on the patio of the restaurant overlooking the small lake in front of the hotel.

Despite the dated appearance of the hotel it was pleasant inside with good facilities. I had an enjoyable swim in the pool. Slightly odd arrangement of changing facilities with glass doors on the men’s and women’s changing rooms which are directly opposite one another. No shampoo or soap provided, even next to toilets!

We stayed for only one night and loved it. Very comfortable, lovely facilities and would definitely love to return in the future.
