Good value for money, comfortable stay and very conveniently located.

Clean, tidy and perfect location for town. As mentioned a previous review, could do with better pillows but that is splitting hairs. Would be happy to stay there again

Nice room ( one of the cheapest ones). Very clean and with fresh milk for the tea! Comfortable bed snd good value for money.

It was dingy and unpleasant.

Just one street from the waterfront parklands. Easy walk to the art deco downtown, the National Aquarium, across the road from the RSA, lots of eateries and shops within walking distance

Close walking distance for so meny activities. Awesome friendly saff and atmosphere.

Rooms a bit small, no place to put a big bag but the floor. A full length mirror would have been good. Beds very comfortable.

Problems with paying for motel then over charged use because of card problem that we didn't know about. Milk in glass bottle so didnt know what expiry date was. Bed and pillow need replacing. Shower over bath needs replacing and bathroom. Tv quality poor doesn't work properly.
