Perfect

The people are the most important part of this operation. We checked in with Rosa and we asked her for recommendations for beaches and restaurant's and she did a great job with recommendations. She should be a concierge! The property is clean with supermarkets within walking distance. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. We did only breakfast. The housekeeping staff was extremely courteous and they did a great job maintaining the property. The pool area is very nice and they serve lunch for purchase between 12:30-2:30. The beach is steps from the property and it’s beautiful! The rooms have a beautiful ocean view. The only thing is the rooms kitchens and bathrooms could use updates. All other amenities are beautiful. Parking was available safely on the street.

Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioner is slightly noisy but acceptable. The room is not very sound proof so in the morning you can hear people on the corridor walking and talking. It was also weird that they only allow cash for deposit of borrowing towel, when you already have hold deposit in your room. The staff in the restaurant does not speak English very well, but the staff at reception is helpful.

Beautiful hotel - steps from the beach. Nice quiet location. The room had a beautiful balcony, the food was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family. I will stay here again when I go to Mallorca. The best Hipotel in Mallorca.

What a fantastic hotel. Super clean, comfortable, delicious food (not very warm as the dining space has aircon but there’s a microwave) lovely bar staff, clean pool (albeit cold), super close to the sea.

The hotel is in a great location for being between Cala Millor and Sa Coma, about 15-30 minutes walk into the centre of each resort and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Quiet area. A taxi into the Cala Millor centre is about 7€ if you did not want to walk. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good range of amenities. The only downsides we found were that pillows were quite firm, flat and uncomfortable and there was no light on the balcony. Poolside beds are fairly limited but this was not a problem for our stay. Beach towels can be rented with a fully refunded deposit. There is entertainment day and evening for children and adults. Lifeguard on duty during pool opening hours. The indoor pool is small and in need of some renovation but is nice to have, along with sauna. These are only open on bad weather days. The breakfast buffet is tasty and with a good variety and choice.

Excellent service. Room very comfy and adequate for our needs. All inclusive food and drink first class. Only negative comment I would say is STOP people from saving sun beds at 7.30am! Or get some more. About 15 min pleasant walk into town. Lots of Nice restaurants.

The hotel is in the best location - right on the edge of a large nature reserve and pine forest, a stones throw from the beach. We could set up a ‘base’ at the pool and walk with our baby to the sea for a short swim, leaving our things by the pool. It’s spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful. The apartments are well furnished and not just with Ikea furniture. We didn’t book All Inclusive, but did have the dinner buffet one night and it was really good! A contrast to the all inclusive experiences I’ve had before. It was the perfect hotel for us with a 5 month old baby and we would definitely go back !

Stayed there with my wife on our honeymoon for 6 nights as part of a larger trip. The room was adequate, the beds weren't amazing but not bad either. I say its good for the price. We had a bed and breakfast plan which included a full buffet breakfast every day. the coffee was horrible but the food and service was good. The rooms were always clean well except for the kitchen. speaking of which it was very small to prep food with VERY basic utensils / amenities ( no salt and pepper, no oven). The location was good right next to the beach in a quite corner of a rather busy beach strip. The pool area wasn't spectacular ( not much sun) but we are beach people. I would say its good value for your money especially if you plan to have a vehicle to get off Property and explore the island.
