I like it, wide, delicious food, big room

We stay 2 nights, unfortunately, the room is not cool, the air conditioner is not cold, call the staff at 2 pm, call 3 times, change the room to a new one at 5 o'clock, it is very hot. But the new room is gradually getting better. There are 2 swimming pools at the big beautiful pool. Breakfast was just enough.

Good accommodation, the room is quite clean. Garden view but still see the River Kwai and the breakfast is varied and quite good.

จองห้องผ่านapp พอไปถึง ทางโรงแรมบอกว่า booking ไม่ขึ้น เลยไม่ได้เตรียมห้องไว้ให้ ไปถึงดึกแล้วกว่าจะได้เข้าห้องก็นานอยู่ ไม่ได้ประเภทเตียง และห้องติดกันใดๆตามที่แจ้งไว้ (จอง 3 ห้อง) เสียเงินแพงขึ้นเพื่อจองห้องวิวแม่น้ำ แต่ห้องที่ได้มีต้นไม้เต็มระเบียงเลย แล้วจะเสียเงินเพิ่มเพื่อ ไม่ประทับใจค่ะ
