Main issue was the mattress. At the front desk they told us these mattresses have to be used across all rooms and this was a kind of a personal issue. Fine, but I wonder if anyone from the staff tried to sleep on them. It's a bit of hard and very jumpy. If one person turns during the night, the other one would be jumping in the bed. Two sleepless nights for us.

Beautiful hotel with great rooms. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This hotel was the perfect start for our Camino in Spain.

The room was well appointed, clean and updated. The staff was extremely helpful. Our only complaint would be the very hard bed, especially for side sleepers. If this wasn't an issue we would definitely stay again.

Great central location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, nice view from small balcony of our street view room. WiFi was poor and decor slightly tired and dark but otherwise a good value central choice
