It’s was nice this time around. The people who worked there were very attentive and friendly. Good customer service.

Room carpet was old. Bathroom grout nasty and dirt in corners. No soap in room. Bed and pillows not comfortable.

No complaints…very nice and clean. IF I was forced to say one petty thing pertaining to the room, the AC could have been a little better..but it did the job.

Hotel was as expected, no surprises. Staff at late check-in and at breakfast friendly.

Check in was easy. Room was nice, bathroom was not clean. There was pee on the bottom of the toilet. It was also nasty behind the bathroom door. On the bathroom wall something had run down the lower part of the wall.

The laundromat only had one washer and dryer. There was a sign that said for your convenience we sell detergent at the front desk. They did not have detergent nor did they have quarters for the machines. Overall, it was average cleanliness throughout, but the beds were very comfortable.

I would not stay here again the room was dirty, no tv remote and only 1 garage can. No soap or toilettes.

Nice hotel for the price.

No soap in room. Asked at front desk was told they don't have soap. Allowed a muti room party on our floor. Started at midnight and ended at 4:30. Multiple fights, screaming, slamming doors. Going door to door banging on doors. Called front desk they said little they could do. Very shabby room overall. When i left the next morning the front desk said things happen with parties.

I would give a A too everything from receptionist to room cleanliness. My only complaint was the hallway smell which i assumed comes from the wear and tear of the carpet.

Dirty, needs updating, every window and mirror in the place was dirty, every corner was dirty

Easy access in and out does need parking for people with trailers.

I accidentally left my backpack containing my laptop on the front desk counter while checking out. I drove 260 miles back home before realizing it. It had a tag on the outside with my name and cell # and they had my cell # for registration. No one bothered to call me. I had to drive all the way back to get it, then back home again. They had no soap in the room and no shampoo (but there was conditioner). Won't stay there again!

Room was full of dust, and there was no soap and shampoo. The internet was so slow and get disconnected most of time, and it was unusable. Their breakfast was worst. I stayed this hotel, beause Hampton in the area was sold out. My opinion you should remove from your listing, because I am booking based on the price and little bit of review rating hoping them to make the improvement if they are aksing such level of pricing on the hotels.com.
