This hotel would be a 20 out of 10 except, the beds are not comfortable. I hate to have to say that because I loved it so much, but I like to leave an honest review. The beds are very, very firm. Breakfast is also not good, BUT, the fresh eggs made your way make up for it significantly! The staff is very nice. The location was absolutely perfect. We had the family room that slept for it was spacious. It was comfortable. It felt like an Airbnb instead of a hotel. We were extremely happy with our choice. And even though the beds were not that comfortable, I would still probably choose this hotel again. Walkable to great shopping, easy, quick Uber rides to all of the places we wanted to visit, including Batman Alley. And I highly recommend going to Paul’s boutique pizza when you’re there!

Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. L’emplacement est excellent, à deux pas de l’avenue Paulista, ce qui est idéal pour visiter São Paulo. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner manque de variété et pourrait être mieux garni. Les chambres manquent également de confort, principalement en raison des matelas, qui sont vraiment inconfortables. Dans l’ensemble, un bon choix pour son emplacement, mais des améliorations seraient appréciées au niveau du confort et du petit-déjeuner.

This hotel is in a great location near to shops, bars & great restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean with good facilties. There is 1 English speaking chap on reception & for everything else use google translate. Breakfast is basic but great coffee & decent continental selection & eggs. For the price, this hotel is a great choice & couldn't fault it. Would 100% recommend & book again.

Staff what nice and place was clean. The rooms could use a bit more style and decor and a way to heat coffee or tea in the room besides the microwave. Recommend partnering with near by gyms and restaurants for local recommendations.

Window were quite old and dusty. Other than that was great

Great location with many options to eat, main city boulevard with walking distance. Just one thing to fix I encounter in 2 rooms and it was a lot MOLD in shower walls, rest of my stay was great.
