I can only say great things about this hotel. Starting with arranging the airport transfer around midnight. The staff members were super helpful, nice and professional during check in. The room was clean and comfortable size. The automatic blinds on windows were great! Complimentary water! Convenient location and nice water view. Just great!!!!

Walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. Very clean with modern decor, beautiful floor to ceiling windows and very helpful staff. Fine for a night or 2 but otherwise very compact rooms

Great hotel, been in here at least 5 times already very convenient .

Very kind lady at the front desk, if you ask when she isn’t busy she will give you tips and opinions on travel and spots worth seeing. Can be a little louder because Pink Street is underneath it and parties until 3am, 5am on weekends. Staff should explain thermostat and lights (leave keycard by the door thingy). They do clean daily and free lotion soap is a nice touch. Best part is definitely location and proximity to the train and bus station and grocery store with water and alcohol! Very central, Bolt (uber) trips are very cheap from here.

This hotel is in an amazing location - close to the water, restaurants and train station. Other than smaller room, I highly recommend.

Good location, there is a little noise from pink street bars, and rooms are tight, but super clean. Very friendly staff, gave a wonderful reco for dinner, Vincente.

Close to everything we enjoyed our stay. Ana? Anna? Was super friendly and knowledgeable. There was a huge terrible storm while we were there and we were fine… the window shutters sheltered us from the noise. We awoke to such destruction outside. Apparently, there were winds that reached 150km

The location is great close to everything. The room was clean and loved the shower. The staff were nice and helpful. The only bad thing was the beds were soft and no coffee maker in the room but overall we had a great stay.

Lovely room. Amazing area. There were times we might have liked a little more light in the room. The hotel arranged a driver to the airport who was as good at driving through difficult urban traffic as anybody I have come across.

But if a mixed review. The hotel and rooms are lovely, the staff friendly, and everything was very clean and tidy. Only reason I have given this a 3 star overall is because I basically got no sleep. I paid extra to upgrade my room to one with a view and it was wasted money, yes the view was better but my room was above an English bar that was very loud, music and shouting until 5:30am on a Monday night/Tuesday morning, I wouldn't stay there again for this reason

The hotel was very convenient for transport links, and walking to the centre. It was very clean and staff helpful. However, it you want to stay in a quiet area then this is not for you. For those seeking night life, then this is an excellent option.

Very good stay, modern and nicely decorated. Very close to public transport, metro, trams and buses across the road and walking distance to main areas. It is right next to Pink Street and there is noise when you are outside the hotel, but I had a room looking out over Pink Street and hardly heard anything. Easy to get to using the metro from the airport, one change and was at the hotel within 20 minutes for €1.85. The hotel does have pastel de natas early evening in the foyer which I thought was a very nice touch for guests. I didn’t try the restaurant attached but it was busy every night. Room was a very good size and had everything I needed for my stay. Would recommend a stay here for the closeness to public transport, easy of walking to most places.

The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean inside. The staff was not extremely friendly when we arrived. They never smiled or said hello anytime we walked across the lobby. The area the hotel is located is extremely noisy at night!! We couldn't fall asleep until 4am because of all the partying outside. We slept on the 4th floor and the curtains were thin linen and the room was flooded with light. I've never been to a hotel that didn't have block out curtains.

As the hotel is very central, we could hear light noise from pubs /clubs until early morning.

Very good hotel in a convenient location

The room they put me in was SO small! I was shocked because based on the pictures the room I booked looked normal, huge disappointment to the price I paid, the party I went with had nicer rooms, I attempted to switch and the staff said they were all booked, again, another disappointment. Anyway the location made it better, right in the middle of everything. Restaurants, pink street, time market, water, restaurants so being out didn't really make me hate the room and hotel.

Super convenient whether you’re spending time in the heart of Lisbon, traveling by train to see Sintra, or by bus to Lx Factory. Friendly front desk, will pick you up at the airport and many many dining locations near by. 10/10 would stay here again.
