Este hotel no es para niños,la puerta no tiene seguro, la de limpieza tocó mi puerta y entró cómo doña Juana x su casa...todos estábamos acostados y fue súper incómodo, el desagüe apesta horrible! El lavamanos el baño el caño horrible sin contar el aire acondicionado qué estaba súper viejo... La chica de recepción súper linda ❤️❤️❤️ mis respetos para ella... El hotel en si no está mal, pero no es para familia.. por otra parte la piscina estaba bien ...

My stay at Hotel Conquistador in Juárez was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. One of the best parts of my experience was the excellent air conditioning, the room temperature was always comfortable, which was especially appreciated during the hot summer weather. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The bathroom was also large, and having a refrigerator in the room was especially convenient during the hot summer weather. The hotel offers breakfast, although I didn't have the opportunity to try it. They also have a laundry room, which is very convenient if you're traveling with limited clothing. Another great feature is the secure parking area with 24/7 security, which gave me peace of mind. The hotel's location is excellent, with several restaurants, great food options, pharmacies, gas stations, and a shopping mall all within walking distance. I highly recommend Hotel Conquistador in Juárez. It offers excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

Clean room

Overall it was clean and the staff were great throughout out long stay , whenever we needed something they would help us only thing I was annoyed having to go activate our room key it kept disconnecting/active so we had to go down to the lobby and wait to be done again

Laundry was a plus that other hotels do not have. The hotel has a small convenience store inside that was helpful for last minute items.

La location perfecta cerca de todo lo necesario. Consulado. Servicio medico. Huellas. Tiendas Los taxis son cortesía del Hotel y te llevan a dónde ocupes te esperan o regresan por ti con un costo razonable. Los cuartos amplios tienen lavandería y tienda. Lo recomiendo 100%

The hotel is in a good location for everything we needed to do at the consulate. However, when we booked, no one informed us that the hotel was under construction. I think guests should be notified about that before booking. The hotel also does not have refrigerators in the rooms. I believe every hotel should at least provide a small fridge, especially for guests staying for longer periods. There is also no laundromat available, and only one elevator was working, which made it take forever to get to our room. My recommendation is to call ahead and confirm that the hotel has all the amenities you need. We ended up moving to another hotel nearby that offered these amenities. Most people staying in this area are there for at least two weeks, so at minimum the hotel should provide a small fridge and laundry facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which was the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms were also very small.
