Friendly and very helpful staff, easy check in, spacious and clean rooms, complete facilities with kitchen set, lots of places to eat in the surrounding area

Excellent location and low price but the hotel is really old and no amenities, no restaurant, very basic service, toilet smelly. Recommended only if you are on tight budget.

Hotel location is very nice, near to restaurant, fast food and high end malls. Rooms are comfy and clean with a beautiful city view. Staff are helpful and hospitable.

The unit is clean, cool and spacious. the guard are kind. the staff on payment area is professional. we enjoyed staying and I will recommend it with my friends and family 🙂

and first in the lobby slow check in process then while still processing the check in who are the people talking on the telephone of the reception counter. when we arrive at assign room ok naman sya but tv and water sa cr not working. we assisted a long time the technician also arrived until the receptionist called us to move the room we were even lowered to the reception area to get the key then we would move the stench when the room smelled different (should be cleaned or checked should be before check in by the guest) so we just went down aside from the stinky room and the walls are still dirty. so next time we will be accompanied by someone else in the room boy my God 2 bed he whick is we should just bed because we are a couple and un request. The room boy just wants to put the bed in the same scenario. last time we moved again no choice really so in the last room we were just a bit ok than we moved it took 2 hours it's a pity we had time to wait hayss ..

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay at Prince Plaza II Hotel. 1. very accomodating staff 2. free pool 3. has a mini kitchen 4. really love that every sink(faucet) has a Hot and Cold water and the shower too. 5. large bed and spacious room 6. clean and well maintained. they conduct housekeeping everyday 7. just a min walk to Greenbelt Malls, Glorietta Malls and SM Makati 8. affordable! thank you Traveloka for the discount. also thank you PP II team! hope to stay here again. 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were not able to maximize our location due to the current situation but we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is close to everywhere, the hotel is clean and there are complete microwave room facilities😍

Spacious rooms, clean, friendly staff, convenient

Whilst the property is a bit outdated, I still found it nice. Has basic kitchenware for when you feel like eating in. Location is super convenient as it is near Ayala Center malls, with Greenbelt being the nearest.

Room was big but was not too clean. Overall good for a one night stay.

Overall is good but should improve the towels. And the air conditioner is not working well and water flows out

The aircon wasn't working well. The place is darker than dim lit. The interior is old style. The lobby was smelly.

The pool is not attracting. Very lousy place ☹️ The room is clean.
