The location is very close to Kyoto station, close to many mini markets and other shopping places. Friendly and good service, very clean rooms, easy to check in and check out. Great experience, will definitely stay here again!

Kami memesan 1 kamar hotel semi double room with bath untuk 2 orang dewasa dan 3 anak masing-masing berumur 6, 5, dan 1 tahun. Tetapi sewaktu check-in, staff hotel menyatakan kami tidak bisa masuk kamar yang kami pesan karena tidak sesuai aturan APA hotel, dan kami diminta membayar biaya tambahan 26 ribu JPY (sekitar 2 juta 700 ribu rupiah). Kami pun mempertanyakan kenapa kami bisa booking dan bayar, kalau tidak sesuai aturan hotel mereka? Setelah saya marah dengan suara keras dan mengancam kami akan tidur di mobil, barulah mereka mengizinkan menginap dan memberikan kartu akses kamar. Tetapi, kamar yang diberikan sangat sempit dan sangat tidak sesuai seperti yang ditampilkan pada aplikasi. Tipe bednya adalah bed untuk 2 orang, untuk kami yang berjumlah 5 orang. Kami sudah lelah, anak-anak dan bayi kami pun sudah rewel, jadi kami terpaksa menerima apa adanya. Di tengah malam, anak kami yang bayi berusia 1 tahun, terjatuh dari tempat tidur dan kepalanya terbentur, karena sangat sempit. Ini sangat mengecewakan.

Second time book and stay in this hotel and really happy to come back next time. Best location close to train and bus station and easy to find food. Clean and tidy.
