It was a nice break from the heat when staying on the river. You can also pay by credit card which is nice because most backpackers on the river are low on cash since most places do not take cards. Spent one night - took the Garífuna cultural tour in the AM out of the tiny Dibasei office down the street- and now checking out for a 2:30 boat back to the river. Great clean rooms with AC

Staff courteous, amenities clean quiet, outdoor very nice the landscaping, overall well kept. This is my second time in this hotel for sure I ll come back and recommend to other people.

About the only decent accomodation in Livingston. Quiet!, great garden area, big pool, small private beach, cleam rooms with balcony and views, nice restaurant and friendly service. After staying at a very mediocre place, this one is a breath of fresh air. Recommend

Terrible, horrible. Staff promised we could get a refund through hotels.com when were unable to make the boat crossing from Punta Gorda to Livingston, but either the hotel or hotel.com is reneging on their word and have not issued a refund even though we were unable to make it

Room was real nice and clean real happy with the service i got.

It was a nice hotel . They need to improve on the key system as you have to carry a bulky keychain nice seashell but way to big mounted to a piece of wood

Everything went well. The staff are helpful and good overall. The location and hotel is beautiful. My only question is in regards to the room I booked, didn’t look as pictured - the standard triple room on Expedia has three beds along one wall, but the room I got wasn’t like that.

Property was walking distance and people were very friendly . A plus is Ac and water . Restaurants need a bit of help with staffing waited a long time for drinks .

Place was really clean and staff was amazing. My daughter had left her AirPods and realized once we had arrived in Rio Dulce. I called to ask in case they found them if they could ship them as we would be in another town for the next few days. We had a call later that day saying they had found the AirPods and sent them via local mail the very next day. P.S the Piña Colada at the hotel is expensive but great. It’s a must try.

Water is too warm in sink and showers. No extra towels in room . Access to pool is rough and no ramps only stairs to locations.
