Nice updated modern room with a great view, great service and amazing location

Excellent say at a lovely hotel, everything from the professional staff to the lovely clean room was perfect. Food plentiful, well cooked and delicious. Would recommend this hotel xx

Not what we expected very basic in fact we only stayed the first night and booked in elsewhere.

Positive- Great location, 2 mins from beach, shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful Rooms are a good size with a belcony Great pool Food was ok, lots of variety Negative- All inclusive drinks were terrible, only house wine, beer and a cocktail machine which was very watery. We ended up buying drinks down at the supermarket and putting them in our fridge in the room The pool closed at 6pm, which seems far to early We were on the 1st level above the restaurant, very noisy!!

I can't fault the hotel for it's cleanliness or for how nice, friendly and accommodating that the staff are... unfortunately the all inclusive side of it let them down a little. Like others have said on here the food is not the best If you are big into eating seafood all the time then you will love it. as you will pretty much have no other choice . lol myself I don't like that style of food and do have an allergy to some types of it so I didn't want to risk it.I did mention that a couple of times to the staff but I clearly wasted my time? and so I had no other option but to eat out through out my stay there (kind of defeating the issue when you pay for all inclusive). and the only 'all inclusive' drinks are non alcoholic 'cocktails' and are dispensed out of a machine the same as the tea and coffee... This does need to be made more aware on their website as it is a little misleading but other than that .. fantastic hotel!

Nice hotel close to all amenities . Reception area and pool lovely. The bedrooms are dated and the bathrooms need updating- black mould on the grouting. I was only there for 4 days sun bathing so it didn't bother me as I spent most of the time on the beach.

The hotel was fantastic great pool and near beach plenty of sun beds .Breakfast had a great selection live enterainment every evening.Staff always happy to help and smiling.we accidently left mobile phone in room when we departed and i called hotel and they packed up phone and gave to courier company to bring back to uk.Truly went the extra mile i would definately go to this hotel again.

Very friendly welcome. Room was clean comfortable though the bathroom could have done with updating. WiFi connected easily but wasn’t fast enough for uploading many pictures. Great selection of food/drink at breakfast.

Great value for money, rooms are big and spacious and very clean. Separate bedroom and living area plus a large balcony. Bathroom fitted with a bath/good pressure shower. The rooms are not that modern but perfectly functional, clean and comfortable. There is a fridge in the room and wi-fi was working but sometimes not that fast. (Ok to browse but not really good to stream or download e.t.c) The hotel and area was pretty quiet which suited me, breakfast selection was a bit repetitive but overall good quality. I didn't try the dinner buffet as I preferred to eat outside. The pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. Beach/pool towels can be hired for a 10 euro deposit and can be swapped for a clean one when needed. The local area of Sa Coma is very touristy and doesn't have a lot of Spanish charm, however there are plenty of choices to eat and drink. I had a car so was easily able to explore other parts of the beautiful Majorca island, there is free parking in the street outside. This is not a luxury hotel so don't expect that but if you want clean, quiet, good value accommodation then it's worth considering.

The aparthotel was well located, walking distance to the beach and the 'main' shopping/restaurant area. Very clean and comfortable, includes everything you need in the kitchen to all the essentials in the bathroom. The size of the pool was smaller than expected however going in September there weren't too many guests so it wasn't a problem for us, perhaps in the busier months such as July or August it may seem a bit crowded for a swim.

Alles wirklich gut! Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit waren top! Lage ebenfalls. Nur an einem Abend war die Discomusik extrem laut bis 11 Uhr.

Service sehr unterschiedlich…

Essen und Getränke sind nicht empfehlenswert, lieblos angerichtet und teilweise nicht genießbar, da verdorben. Das Zimmer wurde Gewicht mit den Handtücher der Geste und der Staubsauger wurde nicht benutzt und Staub und Haare waren schon überall im Zimmer. Die Frau an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Hade det väldigt bra på detta hotell. Mkt bra läge nära stranden. Rena stora fina rum med fin utsikt. Extra plus till personalen på hotellet som var mkt vänliga, trevliga och hjälpsamma. Mat o dryck var också klart godkänt.

Für einen kurzaufenthalt ok!

A ido muy bien y las piscinas estaban muy limpias y monisimas. Las tumbonas tapadads no tenian las sabanas puestas a parte de una.

Immer wieder gerne, nur die Preise könnten etwas runter gehen.
