Amazing quality breakfast, incredible reception. The bar serves wonderful sushi. The person who helped me with the check-in was the employee Brandon, a super polite and helpful guy. 10 out of 10 for everything and I already want to go back to Panama and stay at the same hotel.

The property was nice. The room we booked was a suite which was excellent. It was large, clean, and looked as expected. Staff was always availble in and around hotel. I would stay there again.

Stayed here for a few days for my birthday. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. The buffet food was average. You can't go wrong with Riu hotels

The hotel was amazing. The breakfast was included with tons of options. The location was close to shopping, and dining options.

The staff and breakfast is amazing

A terrible experience. The hotel staff’s service was awful, from the receptionists to the rest of the team. They charged me $80 because a colleague left his luggage in my room for five hours. He was flying back to his country the same day I checked into the hotel. This charge was not explained to me in advance, and at checkout, they claimed it was mandatory. The staff was extremely rude and hostile. Finally, I kindly asked to change a $100 USD bill into $20 bills so I could pay for a taxi. They gave me $90 in USD and $10 in local currency, which made no sense and was not what I asked for. Once again, the reception staff had a terrible attitude. I do not recommend staying at the RIU. There are many better options for the same price. Without a doubt, the hotel staff made my stay uncomfortable.

The hotel is old, TVs are old with no technology to connect devices. The restaurant are no really good. The room is very big and confy.

Massive, well located hotel on Calle 50, in the heart of Panama business district. Good breakfast buffet. Personnel was professional and courteous.

I didn’t like that there was no microwave on property and literally no refreshments were provided complimentarily . Everything else was good . Friendly staff
