Lo q me agrada de este hotel, es lo conveniente para mis nesecidades, lo estan remodelando, espero cambien los colchones y le den mantenimiento a los sinks, se tapan

Room was comfy the bathroom was super small the shower was awful ugly and it didn't drain properly so you had a puddle of your own water filled with your own soap ugh! Overall friendly staff no refrigerator only if you knew one was available who knew fyi like the inside amendedies pool and garden outside traffic and bus stop was a discomfort at times. Very clean lobby but for the price an 4 stars. Fir that i would return the bathroom nope.

Walking distance from 2 commercial area with restaurants, pharmacy, bank, etc. All staff at the hotel were very kind, helpful and friendly. They have transportation if you let them know you need it. It’s very affordable, convenient and great service.

Problemas con internet

We stayed 3 nights and found the hotel and grounds were very neat and clean.. Staff was helpful,but almost no English spoken. Beds were pretty firm and rooms were sparse. Only 1chair, no coffee or water glasses, and only 1 hand towel. Daily housekeeping in the room was not expected but welcome. Only ate breakfast there but a wide variety of hot and cold things available.

The hotel is fine, obviously you cannot expect a full blown service for the price rate, but I was mostly out driving to places outside GDL. I came alone, just to take pictures on Chapala, Guachimontones, Hueytitan, and others, so I was mostly out all day. I had the room just to have some privacy and sleep. At nights, yes, it could be a bit loud if your room is by the street (so close the bathroom doors), if it rains (the rain noise is loud hitting the ceiling outside, and the plastic pool cover, that woke me up) it's loud, it pours. I'm from Chicago and I can tell it pours hahaha. Minor inconveniences, the toilet energy was not the best, but hey ask for a plunger lol. In general is a good stay for the price, I do recommend it.

Great place to stay.

Since I arrived 10 minutes before the allowed check in the host asked me to wait and stated she couldn’t provide a room just yet. Very unsatisfied with the fact that the parking was outdated causing an inconvenience to have to get out the vehicle go to the front desk and ask someone manually open the gate.

Stayed 10 days. Unfortunately Easter holidays, so lots of families there for partying. Very noisy except for a few hours at night. No amenities, parks or attractions within walking distance. Did not have towells replaced a few times. I witnessed families having a great time with pool and playground is in courtyard.

El personal amable,la abitacion estaba cerca de la alberca y habia mucha gente mucho ruido,la limpieza era buena,el baño super pequeño la tapa de Toilet no se quedaba abierta, el agua se sale por tofos lados cuando te bañas no tenia jabón ni shampoo, la secadora de cabello no servía.

Staff was amazing, they definitely go above and beyond for their guests!

The rooms are old, towels looked worn, toilet was clogged for our entire two day stay. Constant noise from everyone staying at the hotel and management did nothing! Truly disappointed!

It was convenient to shops and if you are on a budget.

Excellent value for the price. The people is very humble and very attentive. The Granma that cooks at the Restaurant is excellent !!!! Home made Mexican Food. You can not beat that. I felt like at Home.
