We just stayed one night. Overall it’s location is good and staff attitude are good.

The property was well located with convenience stores and several places to eat nearby. Our rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had a comfortable stay. While it looked as though rooms were recently decorated the carpets were very tired and in need of refreshing or deep clean. Our shower was over a bath which meant my husband could not use it. However we would stay again if in London for one or two nights as it represents good value overall.

Local shops incl Sainsbury’s. Walked to Emirates Stadium (28 minutes). Quiet, basic but fair value. Bought a lovely breakfast on my walk back to Angel tube station (20 minute walk)

Lovely staff. Very helpful on reception. Clean room with good shower. Close to shops and transport. Very enjoyable 2 day stay!

Apart from a few quirks, this was a good place to stay at.

They spelt Hostel wrongly on the front. Disgusting carpets, damp smelling room, faulty shower head. Yes, it's cheap but I expected better.

Check was easy staff were pleasant. For price paid for London no real complaints just room could do with a lick of paint & some general tlc but it was fine for the 1 night stay as I needed to be in this area.

Shops and transport nearby, very good for price

room was very clean and shower, although quite low was great and plenty of hot water. kettle,cups spotless! hotel staff were polite and professional. hotel is a little dated and could do with modernising but it's clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, nice room

The good points - the bed was comfortable and very clean indicating conscientious room staff. The bad points - the room was basic and the shower mixer couldn’t be adjusted from too hot. Room carpet and fittings were shabby and need Updated.

Lovely staff basic but very clean

The staff were efficient and pleasant.. But the room was very very basic. Water pressure was very bad. Cracked wall tiles, windows that wouldn't close properly (causing a smell of smoking coming in the window.. Lift was slow. It was local to the places we needed to be and the price wasn't bad for London...

A good place for an overnight stay when visiting Union Chapel etc.

A good place to base for a few days stay. Right on a bus route, easy to navigate.

It was ideal for me and was in a handy location. The staff were polite and my room was kept very clean thank you.

The hotel was fine for what we needed, however it does seem a bit tired and in need of a revamp. The duvet was far too thick for the time of year. Bed was okay, but could've used better/more pillows. Window didn't open, but a fan was provided. Shower height far too low, I'm 5ft9 and didn't fit under it, my 6ft4 husband had no chance.
