I Like a beach viewing room

The hotel was excellent in clean and safe environment. The thing that needs improvement is knowledge of English. Wifi was only available in the room, not outside. Difficult to use a translator to communicate.

Really appreciate Mr. Lin, the deputy general manager who offered great hospitality when we visited. Our stay was very pleasant but the hosts at the main lobby could have been more welcoming.

Very busy hotel, long waits for restaurants, many items at breakfast had run out, breakfast had lots of selection but the food was not good quality. Very nice private beach with clean sand and nice chairs. Very strict beach hours and not allowed to swim in water after 6pm. Pools are nice. Very overpriced drinks. Overall, average resort. Definitely not a 5 star, more like 3 star resort.

This is a wonderful place for a family vacation stay.

I love the private beach and ocean view from our balcony. We booked the honeymoon suite which came with a huge bathtub overlooking the ocean. Great place to relax!!

Really great morning buffet, very nice Beach area, lots of pools

The rooms are spacious and clean. The grounds are nice. The only drawback was that the gym had old equipment and was dirty. Airflow was also poor for exercising.

Wonderful hotel, I regret I had to leave too soon. I admired the museum pieces on display in the hall with the bakdrop of the Ocean view. The staff was very helpful in giving me info about all the places to visit in the Kenting area. An amazing place.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the facilities were generally well-maintained, I encountered a couple of issues that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the rules surrounding the use of the swimming pool were quite restrictive compared to other hotels in the area. For example, specific hats needed to be worn. Additionally, the requirement to wear a specific type of swim cap felt unnecessary and was not enforced at other nearby hotels. Secondly, the breakfast buffet left much to be desired, especially for Muslim guests or those with dietary restrictions. The selection was heavily focused on Taiwanese cuisine, with very few options that would appeal to international visitors. There were limited choices for halal food, and the overall variety was lacking, which made breakfast a less enjoyable experience. While the hotel has its strengths, these issues with the pool rules and breakfast options are areas that could use improvement to better cater to a diverse range of guests.

Excellent staff - but we were housed in the old area of the resort and the rooms are tired, however the beds were very comfy. Breakfast, the coffee places were all very very good. Pool area is excellent. The beach area needs some serious maintenance and trash collection. Seems like a lot of inconsistencies between the various areas of the resort. Also the registration gave one information but later the breakfast restaurant wouldn’t honor the coupons given by registration. For the grounds in front of the resort there is a lot of plastic waste.
