Our room wasn't available at check in time. We waited almost an hour for them to give us the option for another room for an extra fee. We were tired so we took it.

Great location! Attentive staff

The elevator was broken and obviously had been for a long time. The rooms did not have ac. The staff tried to put us on the 5th floor, my husband has health joshes and could not do the stairs with no elevator and no ac. The staff was not helpful with trying to help us with this concern.

I really love this hotel. They were nice. They were clean, friendly and very helpful especially the lobby person her name is Anahi and her other coworker too. This hostal checked all of the boxes; clean, close to historic center, big rooms, great communication, stocked kitchen (micro, fridge, drinking water, etc.), three baths with showers, huge common area, the list goes on and on. Book your stay NOW! I am here for three nights before moving on to Tlaquepaque to study Spanish and then Guanajuato after that.

Everything was good inside hotel. My room had two balconies! I could check in early and all was good. This hotel and Hotel Emily across the plaza are same owner,same funishings. I picked 2 days at each and I can tell right away Ciros is much better.

Excelente ubicación pero las camas duras no descanse

It was ok but hotel didn’t have air conditioning only a ventilator, also to make your coffee in the room you have to request your coffee kit at the front desk
