Fascinating service! Lovely staff.

Amazing staff, friendly and very accommodating.

It was a business stay for me, and it has all the amenities I needed- a Starbucks onsite, another pastry adjacent, and a Hong Kong style restaurant on the second floor. There’s also a functional business center (although I didn’t have to use it). Overall, it’s only 15 minutes from the high speed rail station and 20 minutes from Taoyuan International Airport. In the future, it’s likely to get my repeat business.

Hotel DION was a clean and safe place to stay. The location was very convenient for bus access, and shopping and mall was in close walking distance. The rooms were good size and quiet. Mattress was firm to sleep on. The free breakfast was healthy and convenient. I would stay here again.

Loved our stay here, the only complaint I have is the shower. I wish it was cleaner. Besides that this hotel is in a great location and the staff provided an excellent experience.

As a regular here I continue to book this hotel because it suits my needs perfectly.

Comfortable rooms to chill breakfast great

The hotel is in a great location for local eateries and shopping. There's a nice park opposite. It feels very welcoming and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are a good size, clean and in good condition. Although I haven't had lunch in the restaurant I have seen it very busy and the food does look very appealing.

We decided to try this hotel since we've always stayed at the hotel next to it. It's clean & the staff are friendly. But it seems the piping system is still the old style that requires you to dump yr soiled toilet paper into the waste bin in the toilet.

Convenient location. Hotel is clean and service was very good. Breakfast is limited for the western taste but satisfactory. Reception staff were very helpful.

We had three adults staying in a family room, which had two good size double beds and a sitting area. There were two TVs and we could watch TV from the sofa or in bed. The staff was friendly and responsive. We called reception for assistance to use the in room safe and someone came up within 5 mins. We loved the welcoming fruit tea, the buffet and fresh fruit juice at dinner (at a discounted price when ordered with a main meal). The hotel is far away from the train station but not a problem for us as we used buses more. A bus stop is close by (almost at doorstep). Two department stores and numerous eateries are just one bus stop away. A 24-hour coin operated laundry is behind the hotel within a 3 minute walk. As it is right at the main road (Taiwan Boulevard) there was noisy traffic but our room was at the high floor so we were fine. A highly recommendable hotel.

Good quiet and convenient location

Pleasant stay

This hotel is not big but quite modern, clean, and comfortable. The lobby with the marble floor is basically a nice little restaurant. We really enjoyed having our breakfasts while there. Our room was a suite with two full size beds and a rest area with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV, a desk, and a mini refrigerator. A well designed room. The staffs were always polite and helpful. The hotel is on a large street and within walking distance of a park and a large department store. Bus stations including UBUS are only a few minutes away which we took to travel back to Taipei. We enjoyed our week-long stay very much. The price was good relative to its values. Highly recommended!

This small hotel is very comfortable for my family. Not too much of traffic and served very good breakfast. Not many choices but delicious. Room is clean and big for a family of four.
