Perfect stay, walking distance to the souk. Hotel was perfect. But the bathrooms are a little outdated. Otherwise staff is great and the complimentary breakfast was 10/10

Room was dim, dirty, bedsheet were dirty, curtain has stain, no amenities no tissue no water the closet stinks. Towels were dirtyyyyy

Wide suite. Family friendly, Old/ok/could be Better cleaned Bath tube. Minus minibar, on the list but doesn't exist. Old bedsheets and some towels. Minus Water cooker with caffe/ the in rom. Good breakfast buffe, but When served at Room it lacked SoMe sortes of the buffet components. All in all Good Experience, but it needs som details Improvement .

Exceptional location with clean, spacious rooms. The staff were very polite and assisted when required. Breakfast was continental offering some variety of traditional lebanese foods.

Very clean

Located on the coast highway but the traffic can be hardly heard. 10 mins walk to the Byblos ruins. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice middle eastern style breakfast. Spacious room with comfortable bed and sitting area. The only negative thing is mould on the bathroom ceiling. Otherwise would definitely recommend this hotel

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. I enjoyed my stay except for the Airconditining. The Airconditining was working great but blowing the cold air on my bed so I couldn’t sleep with it on. Luckily it was not that hot of a night. Otherwise it was good. I suggest to management to change the directions of the Airconditining fins to blow air up not down on beds.

Lovely staff, well-equipped room, breakfast included, good location. If only it had a swimming pool and not such a strong smell of smoke from the lobby and other rooms.

Lovely hotel. A bit dated, but clean and well kept. Wonderful location to see the souks, walk to the marina, and the whole hotel was full of kind staff members.

Nice room, executive suite had a lot of room. Great beds and bedding. Great location...a short walk to the old city.

Very good location, excellent wifi, friendly owners and delicious breakfast

Nice hotel close to historic Byblos. Room was large and clean. The AC worked well one I had to get some special instructions from the front desk. Highway side rooms are a bit noisy but I slept very well with earplugs. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and nice amenities (slippers, vanity set, shower cap, etc). Breakfast had a good selection of local and international options.

Extremely friendly staff, clean hotel, very good breakfast, strong WiFi and superb location that’s within walking distance to the old town. Nassib (sp) was extremely attentive and professional during breakfast and the people at the reception were extremely helpful. I’d go back if ever in Byblos again
