AMAZING

It located in my daughter’s university, so we could meet up easily. That’s the reason I choose this hotel. Besides this I think I wouldn’t choose it because the room is way too small, no fridge and safe. Also the breakfast options were too less, it didn’t worth the price.

This particular property is ideally located very close to the Rockhal venue...about a 3 minute walk. There are several dining areas close by as well as a large shopping mall. The train station is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel has an excellent breakfast and the staff is very helpful. Also, what I really like is the showers have very good water pressure! Many hotels do not have that. The rooms are smaller than those in the USA but it seems that is a European thing. No big deal. I would definitely stay here again :)

Great location near the university with excellent staff and everything you can need. I had really friendly helpful service both at the front desk and in the bar/restaurant. The rooms are not large, especially the bath, but it is perfectly adequate for a short stay and the location cannot be beat. There is no parking on site, and the pay lights are somewhat expensive but if you’re willing to park on the University campus it is cheaper.

Friendly team good breakfast would appreciate a small fridge in the room and tea /coffee facilities. Mattress very odd doesn’t fit the bed frame and super thin but comfortable nevertheless. Parking is a challenge perhaps a deal with the Belval plaza would be a good idea to set up.

The pillow is awful. Like sleeping on a rock and that is coming from someone who is not picky and can sleep anywhere. The room STUNK of cigarettes. Bathroom nice. Would have been be if it were not for the above

Best Ibis I have stayed in - it really a step up. Very clean and comfortable , right in the middle of Belval, close to the station. Staff really went out of their way to assit me when needed.
