We liked the balcony looking out on the bay.

The lady working the front desk during the day shift was extremely friendly and very helpful she made our hello and her goodbye very pleasant:-). Our room on the first floor was recently renovated and very nice. We love having the view of the water. It was nice and clean. My only suggestion would be maybe a wall mounted hanging rack for clothing? And if there were ice machines on each floor because the ones in the rooms are not the best. Other than that no complaints at all great location!

Amazing! Soacious room and very comfortable. Right on the water and by all the restaurants and shops. Loved it!

I picked this hotel specifically because the room pictures show a tub/shower. They have all been renovated to shower only. The couch in the room was filthy and the blanket on the second bed had several yellow/red stains on the blanket covered by the brown blanket thing. The next day there was a german cockroach on our floor.

We had the suite on the ground floor. Liked having a kitchen with the necessary supplies to cook a simple breakfast or supper. Beds were comfortable. Patio had a great view of the water. Pool was unheated and looked like it had seen better days.

A little old and tired in places, nice bathroom upgrade! Excellent location and friendly staff ... would definitely stay again. Pool was not operational, would love to see it going on next visit.

Property is dated, strong smell of curry and spice in the upstairs corridor. Room view was alright, but building is in need of upgrades for the price.

There was two televisions in the room and neither one of them worked

Beautiful site. Nice size room, very clean. Balcony was wonderful and very clean as well!

The staff was very kind. So kind in fact that we didn’t want to complain about the fact that our AC didn’t work at midnight - which made for a long sleepless night where we also found out the beds were very uncomfortable. Maybe it was just our room… Again, very nice staff, great shower and clean room.

The room was clean and spacious. The patio with the waterview was nice.

Likes: central location, views of water, desk clerk, quiet. Dislikes; No elevator, no bathroom vanity for toiletries, broken toilet paper holder, toilet paper was like sandpaper, could not get TV to work, overpriced.

Beds were great! Lovely scenery from balcony. No extra toilet paper in room. Could have used directions for ice maker, but figured it out! Could hear walking in room above us.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered to help us bring our bags upstairs. They were always smiling. Good conversation. We found the room and the view to be very relaxing. We will definitely be back again. Thank you to all of the staff for making our 2 night getaway to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary so lovely.
