Some people say the property is great, but it’s too far from everything. I disagree! It’s a 15 minute uber from anything. So nice to return to a calm, quiet, and really nice place after a hectic day of being a tourist! I would stay here again. Also, staff are genuinely kind, caring and helpful. Stay here, you won’t regret it. The photos are accurate, the place is nice.

Confesmstion good

This place is excellent. Staff went above and beyond, walking me to my taxi each time and even helped with my language barrier, making sure i was going to the correct destination for a fair price. So clean, beautiful amenities, great candy in the lobby. Thank you torre dorada!

Hotel was good

Very nice staff, great patio area for quiet reflection & breakfast included which you can request omelettes included in your stay. Great for a simple affordable Cuzco stay!

Great hotel

The staff here are the definition of going above and beyond. 24/7 service made things go so smoothly. The inckuded fresh breakfast made to your order with fresh squeezed juice and fruit everyday was also a big highlight of our stay.

Staff were great, rooms clean. Jefrey at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Would stay again when I come back

Clean property

We stayed here for a close option to the bus station. Very clean, great reception and decent breakfast although coffee was lukewarm. Recommend for proximity to bus station (10 minute walk).

Good

The place is great and perfect for our stay. It’s a bit outside of the center of Cusco, around 30min walking, but you can reach it with uber in less than 10min for 2$

Amazing staff! Breakfast is nice. Clean hotel room. Not much space in rooms and hot water can be touch and go.

Great staff

Great Hotel with excellent breakfast and service. Great water pressure and hot water. We went to Machu Picchu and got delayed for 2 days returning. We had valuables in the room and our check out was expiring. We rebooked and messaged the hotel. They took care of everything. When we returned all our valuables were secured. HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

It’s out of the tourist area and need to take an uber to the square but it was a good hotel with comfy beds, hot water and good breakfast. If you’re looking for something that’s walkable this may not be for you but otherwise great place!

The staff were super kind, especially Rodrigo. Since we had an early tour and couldn’t stay for breakfast, they thoughtfully prepared sandwiches, fruit, and water for us to take along. Truly appreciated their hospitality!

The staff was awesome! They were extremely accommodating and helped us with all of our plans and questions. They also helped to provide us with a Rainbow mountain tour and offered many others. Jeffery provided us with an unforgettable tour and helped explain Peru and its culture in great depth. He was extremely friendly and helpful the whole time and went the extra mile for everything

This was the second time we stayed at this property as we worked around a major travel event. The room for the second stay was not as good as the first stay as the bathroom needed so minor but significant repairs.
