Hotel is in good condition, clean and well staffed. Food was good and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. The beach is amazing and easily accessible, with permanent facilities like chairs, and straw beach huts, with the staff being very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious, with AC working well and a nice porch, although it had only two chairs, no table or chaise, and wasn’t really very comfortable to use. The only main problem during our stay was with the fitness center, most equipments were on maintenance, without a basic treadmill (absent, not broken), an issue for a runner like me when the weather is not ideal for outdoor training. If possible, choose a villa instead of the apartment, they are really nice and is the main attraction of the resort. We tried to upgrade our reservation but we were told the hotel was 100% booked, although villas seemed to still be available online for the period we were staying. Also, consider the hotel is about 1h away from the main city, Fortaleza, so it’s perfect for a stay-in-the-resort kind of vacation, but not very convenient if you also enjoy a good city dining or nightlife. Plan accordingly, traffic in Fortaleza is a bit unpredictable.

Excelente estrutura, praia maravilhosa, areia branca, muita privacidade, colaboradores educados e prestativos, nota dez para Suze, Kevin, Lucélia. O bangalô é excelente com 2 banheiros, 2 quartos e sala. O check-in não foi bom, o recepcionista não foi honesto e não deu o upgrade garantido pelo site expedia, porém no outro dia a gerente de recepção Suze resolveu tudo sem deixar nenhuma insatisfação.

Nice place by the beach, a bit far from the airport but well worth the stay.Safe for kids, meals are included. You can also walk to the beach and take a tour on a buggy.

Middle of nowhere , why in a world you come there, If you have no business to do. Far from airport , the other side Of the town, far from port. No one speaks English , they don't even Communicate in Spanish . Nothing to do in this town. Boring city,everyone try to rep you off. Absolutely NO!!!

Como sempre o Dom Pedro Laguna foi muito bom. Até pelo tamanho, sempre tem algo a melhorar, mas manteve o nível das últimas vezes.

Os recepcionista do Hotel não se comunicam, cada um fala uma coisa oposta da outra. Pedimos uma alteração na conta e primeiro ouvimos de um dos recepcionistas (que se dizia o "cara das contas") que não era possível. No final, outro disse que era possível e realizou. A cama do carto também era ruim, causou-me dor nas costas

Opção de comidas boas. Cama confortável. Serviço muito bom. Com o retrofit eles vão dar um salto. Hoje está um bom Hotel.

Boa variedade no café da manhã, jantar poderia ser um pouco melhor elaborado. Por ser meia pensão, entendo que não deveriam cobrar por sucos ou refrigerantes no jantar. Funcionários muito prestativos. Achei as toalhas de banho um pouco velhas, poderiam ter melhor qualidade. Roupas de cama e travesseiros de boa qualidade. Achei ruim só poder usar uma toalha de banho por dia. Hotéis deste nível/valor costumam oferecer maior quantidade. Local muito silencioso e agradável. As crianças amaram a parte das piscinas. Faltou maior variedade na carta de vinhos (acredito que tinha 2 ou 3 tipos de vinhos tintos somente). Limpeza do quarto impecável.
