Beautiful property centrally located in Bari

Good location for 2 nights exploring the city. Friendly staff but a shame that the rooftop bar was not serviced. However spent a lovely evening just the two of us with drinks and snacks we had carried up from the basement bar. Room was serviceable but needed some stronger lighting and the noise from other guests with their windows open reverberated into ours.

Good location to visit Bari and surrounding towns. But...bedding stiff, no complementary water and, the deal breaker, poor AC. Despite our repeated complaints (we stayed for three nights), the room was quite uncomfortable to sleep in; can't imagine how it would be in July/August. It must be that they "throttle" the AC to keep the power bill down. We turned down the thermostat, miserable air flow in any case only to wake up because of the heat: the thermostat was "magically" reset to 23C in the middle of the night. Not acceptable and less so in a "four" star hotel. If you value sleeping in a reasonably air conditioned room, after a beautiful day touring, this is not the place for you. Salute!

The hotel and room were clean. We were right above the front door, so the street noise was loud until midnight. We didn't mind it, but if you want a quiet room get something on the backside. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Great location, hotel doing its best considering limited space, small rooms. Just too old and limited. Should be a three star hotel with five star location, great breakfast. No decent lobby, no restaurant beyond breakfast.

Very convenient as you are in the center of the city. Close to the stores. There’s a parking right in front of the hotel if you have a rental car. Room is little small though.

Room is clean, but hot, no air conditioner because it’s winter/spring. Everything else is wonderful
